Front desk attendants were not very welcoming. No eye contact, no smile. Sighed when we asked if they could hold our bags until our rooms were ready (two hours). Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. In spite of the downtown location, never heard any outside noise. Rooms have a large living room, which we didn’t really use but could come in handy for a third or fourth guest on the foldout couch.

I love how friendly the staff is and how clean the hotel is. The only thing I don’t like is the parking garage. It is a very tight fit.
