Rustic house "Les Campaou". 6 km from the centre of Baudinard-sur-Verdon, 10 km from the centre of Aups, in a secluded position, 10 km from the lake. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). 500 m long very bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop 10 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 10 km.
"Les Campaou", 2-room house 50 m2. Renovated in 2006, rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). Bath/WC. Solar power no heating option. Patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Logement insalubre, literie d'un autre âge, piscine sale et impraticable! nous n'avons pas séjourné las-bas! 1ère nuit passée dans la voiture et changement de logement le lendemain.

Belle maison et région

Jolie maison et belle piscine. Il manque des moustiquaires, car beaucoup d'insectes. La fontaine de la piscine ne fonctionne pas et l'eau est toujours très trouble (on ne voyait rien dedans). La machine à laver le linge bouge énormément et fait beaucoup de bruits. Maison très bien située et super terrain. Les ânes sont adorables.

Sehr ruhig gelegen optimale Er...

Sehr ruhig gelegen optimale Erholung. Im September kann im Kamin abends nicht geheizt werden, wegen Brandgefahr. Bitte Auflagen für Liegen mitnehmen. Kaffemaschine vorhanden, die gesamte Beleuchtung im Haus ist sehr dunkel, man kann kaum lesen. Da das Haus autarkt ist gibt es nach 1–2 Tagen ohne Sonne auch kein warmes Wasser mehr. Pool im Sommer ganz toll, sonst zu kalt. Ganz tolles herrliches Sommerhaus. Reisetipps: viele herrliche Ausflugstouren rund um den Lac de Croix. Der See ist auch herrlich warm zum baden, noch im September. Direkt vom Ferienhaus aus viele schöne Wanderungen, alles duftet, Thymian, Rosmarin, Wacholder. Lavendel, herrlich für Naturliebhaber.

Alles in allem verspricht es w...

Alles in allem verspricht es was man als Info erhält. Jedoch war es sehr schade, dass nicht darüber informiert wird, dass man im Juli und August nicht draussen grillieren darf! Dies ist ein wichtiges Kriterium, wenn man im Sommer in ein Ferienhaus will! Zusätzlich wären Kissen für die Liegestühle auch kein Luxus.. Ansonsten für mit Hund wirklich toll!

Sehr ruhig und gut - mit Abstrichen

Kleines Haus (max 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder) in absolut ruhiger Lage. Nachts kommen die Wildschweine ans Haus (das Haus ist sicher umzäunt) und zum Essen schaut mal ein Hirschbock vorbei. Zur nächsten Stadt sind es etwa 10-15 min mit dem Auto. Die Zufahrt ist für normale PKW kaum geeignet! Wir kamen mit SUV und selbst da polterte es deftig und man musste sehr vorsichtig fahren. Das Haus wird mit Solarstrom versorgt, wir hatten keine Probleme mit Stromausfall. Allerdings wird deswegen wohl auch die Pumpe am Pool nur einmal am Tag für ca. 1-2 Std angeschaltet - der Pool ist daher ständig mit Blättern und vor allen Dinge toten Wespen und Mücken verdreckt. Direkt am Pool ist ein Wespennest, für Allergiker und Kinder daher wenig geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer benötigt dringend eine neue Matratze, die vorhandene ist komplett durchgelegen. Die Endreinigung ist Zwang, man kommt nicht drumherum das Geld zu bezahlen. Die Oma, die reinigt nimmt alle Reste der vorherigen Bewohner mit, man findet also bei Einzug nicht ein Korn Salz, Tropfen Öl oder Spülmittel. Besitzer sprechen außer Französisch keine andere Sprache und sind unfreundlich. Bei Ankunft zu den erlaubten 2 Stunden, ließ uns der Gutsherr deutlich wissen, wie genervt er war und 30 Minuten im Gang warten, weil er sich erst noch ein Getränk holen musste. Bei Abfahrt ließ er uns eine Stunde vor Ort rumsitzen und warten. Zusammenfassend, ein sehr idyllisches Häuschen für einen schönen Urlaub zu zweit, wenn man die Unfreundlichkeit und Unhöflichkeit der Vermieter ignorieren kann.
