Cásale degli Ulivi is Wonderful
What an amazing 2 weeks in Cásale degli Ulivi! We had 11 family members staying, ranging in ages from 3 to 69 and we had plenty of space. The pool was fabulous and it is gated. The yard has plenty of space for children to play and is fenced in. We had 3 meals prepared by chefs and we even grilled our own Florentine steaks one night! Did I mention air conditioning in every room with plenty of patio space to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! The owner, Nicola was so nice and the concierge, Andrea was invaluable in helping us with local spots to visit. This property is a hidden treasure, I highly recommend you consider for a fantastic Tuscan experience!

WOW
This was an amazing place! Absolutely phenomenal. My family and I stayed here for the last portion of our Italy trip and we are so happy we did. Great way to end the trip. The house was clean and there was SO much space. It was a bit too cold to use the pool, so that was a bummer but whoever stays in the warmer months will be in luck. My family loved playing ping pong and the amount of bathrooms was so nice. The property was big and inviting with a very friendly owner. 5 stars. Couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful property
We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience.

Our stay
We loved staying at the villa. It was better than advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked. We had people of all ages from 2-77, and everyone was happy. My favorite place was sitting on the outside patio and enjoying the scenery. We took many day trips and always looked forward to coming home. The only negative was that it was pretty far from the grocery store, and we needed a lot of groceries. But we did want to be out in the countryside.

Beautiful villa in a great location
A very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa with great views over the Tuscan countryside. We were a large family & the villa was spacious enough for us all to relax & enjoy the peacefulness of the area. The villa was very well equipped and clean and Andrea made the checking in and out process really easy whilst the owner Nicola ensured the booking process was smooth & straightforward. Highly recommend for a wonderful Tuscan getaway.

This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and Olive orchards; the only downfall was the massive amount of stink bugs that were out this time of year. We even brought one home with us ;). As long as you keep the windows closed, you’ll be fine.
Our house manager, Andrea, was so helpful!!! He was super easy to reach out to, very responsive, and helped secure reservations for us at local restaurants.
If we ever venture to that part of Italy again, we will absolutely stay there again.

Tuscan Dream
Our family of five stayed in this beautiful villa for a week. It was the trip of a lifetime for us and this home made it so memorable. The villa is spacious and lovely, but the setting is remarkable. We will never forget those views, the pool, the amazing Tuscan light. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Owner and property manager were very friendly and easy to deal with. Home is clean and very spacious. Some basic groceries and wine were provided for us on arrival (so nice after traveling so far). Easy to go into Florence via train.

Feel like a movie star with sweeping views!
Wonderfully appointed and perfect for a large family or group with tons of space. Kitchen is so much better than the photos show, ample space with everything needed, including a big fridge and gas stove. Outdoor space abounds, perfect for alfresco dining with sweeping views of vineyards and olive groves. Relaxing and private but not remote: easy access to all Chianti offers. Attentive and kind property management, special thanks to Nicola who helped us when we needed to adjust. The perfect house to explore Tuscany from.

Amazing!!
We had the best time at Nicola’s property. The house is quintessential Tuscan in every aspect. The location is stunning is a 360 view that gives you mountains, vineyards and olive groves. The house is incredibly large with well proportioned bedrooms and bathrooms, and air conditioning.
The kitchen is sizable too and has all the cooking utensils one would need.
The pool is perfectly located and perfect depth so you can just cruise in it.
Claudio and Nicola is we’re perfect hosts who tended to all our needs. I couldn’t recommend This house enough.

October 2019 five adult stay
I recommend the property.
We really enjoyed the location, views, privacy, ample space, and the house right down to the windows, shutters, screens, outdoor lighting and deck. The outdoor grill set up worked very well. The automatic gate entry added to the seclusion.
The gardens and outdoor furniture made it very nice for enjoying the sunsets and evenings. While we did not use the pool, it was in great shape and the water was crystal clear. We enjoyed laughing over some outdoor ping pong games either as a player or viewing the action from the balcony.
We had a mid size sedan and navigated incoming roads just fine. Google maps worked very well with the house and overall location to stores, banks, train station, and other destinations.
We made two requests for assistance and each were promptly and completely handled.
We also greatly enjoyed our day with Lorenzo for a tour of some wineries and other sights and shops of interest and that same evening, the dinner Lorenzo prepared and served to us out on the deck. (Lorenzo was recommended to us by property management).

Amazing Views and Unforgettable Sunsets
Overall the property was great. We had 6 adults, 2 children, and an infant and the setup of the home was fantastic. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the outdoor space for relaxing, eating great food, and drinking fabulous wine.
If you want to get away from it all and relax in a secluded setting, this is the place. The home is a bit of drive from everything, so I would recommend taking a little time to strategize before going to the store, restaurants, and vineyards to make the most out of each trip. The road in is a little tight, so larger vehicles are a little tough. We had a 9 passenger van and a small car, so we tried to use the car most of the time for running around.
If you stay here, I would highly recommend a dinner with Lorenzo. He's a true Tuscan delight!

Reggello Villa
Large villa in the middle of Tuscan countryside down an unmade lane. Car essential to get to any shops/restaurants/towns. Lovely pool area and views over vineyards and olive groves. Lots of mosquitoes so take precautions.
Rustic kitchen with some essentials missing such as plug or washing up bowl and oven gloves. Dishwasher also in need of repair. Plants in pots outside dead and basketball net looks like it has seen better days!
Little information in the villa to book local excursions and information about local towns/getting around if you don't know the area. Concierge helpful if you asked.
The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms clean and modern.
Also note there is an extra charge for air conditioning use.
Owner very good with prompt replies when booking.
Overall a lovely villa for a large family holiday with lots of local areas to explore such as Sienna, Florence and Chianti region just a few things that could be improved to make it really good.

Great Location for a Fantastic Tuscan Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were joined by our three children. For us, the location was perfect because it was in the country but only 20 minutes to a major train line from which one could get to Florence in 30 minutes or any other major city in Italy. The villa was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were efficiently air conditioned and comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The kids loved the pool! It was so refreshing on hot summer days. From the patio we had a view of vineyards and olive groves with lovely hills in the distance and picturesque Tuscan towns below. The owner and concierge were most helpful, friendly, and responsive to any questions and needs that we had. Through the concierge, we were introduced to a marvelous chef, Chef Lorenzo, who prepared lovely meals for us, taught us to make several dishes, including ravioli and the best tiramisu ever! Chef Lorenzo also took us on a wine tour through the Chianti region which was one of the many highlights of our trip. I would recommend having a rental car for groceries and to get to the train station. Our family highly recommends this location for a fantastic Tuscan experience.

Fun, Sun, Tuscany
We had a memorable, enjoyable week. The villa was beautiful. The views were incredible. Claudio, the property manager, was receptive to all of our needs. We used the villa as a base and took day trips to Pisa, Florence, and Siena. Our trek with Claudio and the wonderful meal prepared by Claudio and Heidi were the highlight of the week for us, but we are by the wedding proposal which happened at the end of the trek! Our wine tasting excursion with Lorenzo followed by the delicious meal he cooked at the villa were a perfect end to a highly enjoyable week. Overall the week exceeded our expectations, which were high. We would suggest renting a vehicle, something we mistakenly thought wasn’t necessary.

Amazing stay in Tuscan Hills
Our group of 7 had a wonderful week. This lovely home was a secluded oasis and a well situated base to explore Tuscany. There is ample space for our large group to find peace and quiet and enjoy the lovely location. The mornings started with the birds - so lovely. Walks and runs and cycling trips in the surrounding neighbourhood were perfect. We had amazing dinners on the patio while we graded the sunsets - all of them - amazing. There are TV's in the space, but we never turned them on. The Train station at Figline Valdarno provides free parking and easy access to Florence. I would come back to this home in a heartbeat.

Our wonderful family vacation in Italy
Nicola’s villa was just what we were looking for. Our family of 7 felt just like being at home. Plenty of room and such a beautiful property. It is located perfectly for our plans to drive the Tuscany countryside. The nearby town of Figline offers all that we needed such as groceries, wine and train transportation. Driving was a bit challenging at times with our 9 passenger van but very doable. I drove nearly 1000 km on the trip. The weather was a bit rainy but the sun did shine when we needed it most. The grounds of this villa are beautiful. We did wish we could have used the pool more but the weather did not cooperate. Upon arrival Claudio greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. He is a great asset for information. Claudio arranged a private dinner with Chef Daniel. It was a hands on cooking experience. It was loved by all.
We will cherish many memories from this trip to Italy

The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen well equipped the outside was relaxing and the views were incredible from every room! Chef Lorenzo cake and taught us to make handmade ravioli and we enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner. The house serves as our home base as we explored Siena, Lucca, Bologna and Florence.
