Die Lage der Wohnung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aussicht aus dem 8.Stock und dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr war gut.
Die Küchenmöbel und Geräte waren voller Fettspritzer, der Kühlschrank länger nicht gereinigt, der Fußboden klebte. Ohne Schuhe waren die Füße schwarz. Die Matratze hinter der kleinen Chouch war fleckig. Die Badewanne hatte zwar einen neuen Duschvorhang ansonsten sah sie schmutzig aus.
Das Lüftungsgitter war schwarz und voller alter Spinnweben. Die Wände der Wohnung fleckig Als wir Ameisen entdeckten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen.
