Well appointed, older home in north Redding near Shasta Lake. Good sized house, very clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipt. Landload easily accessable and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, on a side street with no traffic. Close to grocery store and near downtown and the mall. No issues, easy stay for us. Would book this house again.

Our family had a really wonderful stay at this house. The kids loved playing foosball and the pool was just perfect to take the edge off the summer heat. The coffee/tea setup was a nice touch. Beds were super comfortable.

Met our needs

Overall it met our needs as we weren’t there a lot however if I was going to be at the house a lot then it needs updating. More furniture in living room and overall upkeep needs to be improved upon.

Perfect fit for our family

We were in town for my Father-in-Laws memorial service. The house was a perfect fit for our family to relax and visit! Everyone had a bed and plenty of space to spread out. It was too cold outside to enjoy the pool and BBQ, but maybe next time!

Perfect for all your vacation needs!

We were in Redding for a fishing trip and Eric's house was conveniently located to meet up with our guide. It was very clean and comfortable with everything labelled for ease of use. The kitchen is fully stocked and the water container with a brita water filter in the fridge is a nice touch:) The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy and the owner responds quickly to any questions. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend Eric's house for your next vacation!

Comfortable

Roomy, comfortable home that suit our needs. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms were enough for our group of six. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and plenty of spices.

Surprise adventure trip!

My friend and I take our kids on a surprise trip every year. This trip started at the water park then sundial bridge, hiking and swimming at the house and anther waterfall hike and whiskeytown lake on last day. Even though the cleaning lady was still there at check in, kids were so excit thedidn't r notice.

Nice stay in Redding

Our stay in Redding was great. The house is spacious and accommodated our 2 families very well. It was really hot while we were there and the AC and pool made for nice respite from the heat. The house is on the edge of town, nothing special as far as the neighborhood, you pretty much need to drive anywhere you need to go, but all the amenities are a close drive away.

Clean, Comfortable and cozy

We were in town for a family reunion. We got to searching a little late and came up on this one. The host was informative and friendly. The house was clean and the pictures were accurate. There’s a small hangout/bbq area out back, we spent loads of time out there. The pool was just enough for our family. Definitely recommend this cozy spot.

Review

This is a great property and the 4 bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen sink had a leak and there was a plastic pan to catch the icky dirty water and the oven was very small and only had one rack so cooking for a large family was dificult but overall the property work really well for us. We would stay here again.

Wonderful

We had an amazing time. Great place. Fun pool. The people before us had kind of trashed the place and the person cleaning the house was still there when we my friends arrive. (They came an hour early to set up for my bachelorette party because they are the sweetest) I was told communication was easy and everyone had no problem working around each other. ❤️ Everything was clean and well though out. Beautifully decorated. We were out of propane and they delivered a new tank to us in just a few minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you for making my Bachelorette party so special.
