Great manager who helped with the confusion we experienced with our reservation at check in. The room was lovely though quite small. The bathroom had excellent towels and amenities but needs a fan. We loved the bar cocktails in the evening and the breakfast service was top notch.

An Elegant Step Back in Time

The history of this hotel is fascinating enough, but the service, amenities and rooms were fantastic. Right downtown, walking distance to everything. The restaurant was great as well! Our queen room was on the smaller side - no closet, dresser - and you could fall into bed from the doorway. But! It was an amazing experience because of the history of the hotel. A lot to do around town plus you can take a 20 minute drive to go see the pig races which were entertaining to say the least. We will be back!

Great place, even better service

The place was great, the room was a bit small but that’s not that big a deal. The staff was very friendly, the hotel had a restaurant for breakfast and lunch, there was very nice gym, they had a racquetball and pickleball facility, free parking. There were nice restaurants that offered great food with a fantastic vibe.
