Os atendentes do Quebramar, principalmente Mislene, Dandara, Eliane, Ingrid, Allan e André, foram extraordinários! 10/10! A Maiara da excelência /setor de qualidade foi muito solícita e agradabilíssima conosco. Bangalô 503 bastante confortável, o único fator de melhoria é que o chão estava sempre um pouco sujo de areia. Não aceitaram o upgrade para quarto superior de forma gratuita como informado no meu privilégio gold. Ofereceram um desconto para que eu pudesse ir para os bangalôs. Outro ponto negativo era a carne que na maioria das vezes estava dura ou cheia de nervo. Na praia, próxima ao Nanai, o Summervile oferece estrutura de barracas, mas as bebidas são limitadas a suco, água e cerveja, não são feitos drinks. Não há tb petiscos, somente biscoitos são oferecidos.
