The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!

Won't stay again.

We stayed a night at the resort. Our room was part of the unrenovated part of the resort. A superior ocean facing room. It was not clean, with dirty floors, moldy bathrooms and a stiff bed. The windows in the shower and toilet room do not close, so it is impossible to keep the room cold or to keep the bugs out. The gym was in pretty dismal condition also. However, the breakfast, and dinner was very good. The service was also very good at the resort.

O serrambi resort tem vários pontos positivos, como o fato de ser pequeno, a equipe de animação, os animais. Eu acho a comida razoável (podia ser bem melhor). A apresentação dos pratos a la carte deixa a desejar (pedi uma massa e a aparência era bem ruim). Os funcionários nem todos são tão prestativos. Estava jantando com meu esposo e três crianças e ao pedir uma cadeirinha de bebê para um garçom ele apenas me respondeu que estava ocupado. O pessoal que faz omelete geralmente tem cara amarrada, mas tem pessoas muito sorridentes e prestativas. Achei ruim o fato de ficar num quarto que tinha que subir escadas com carro de bebê. Penso que eles deveriam reservar opção de quartos térreo para bebês ou crianças pequenas, já que geralmente usamos carrinhos com eles. Enfim, como falei, o ponto alto é mesmo para as crianças (animação e animais). O resort também é bonito.

O hotel está em obras e isso prejudica muito a estadia. Barulho de quebra a quebra de 8h as 18h. Férias é para descansar! Fora que os trabalhadores da obra ficam incomodando as hospedes. A piscina é maravilhosa, mas não tem brinquedos infantis na piscina. A praia é boa, mas não tem música e nem deixam a gente colocar música. Pelo preço, o atendimento poderia ser melhor. Faltou toalha no quarto, tive que insistir pela segunda cama no quarto, pois haviam esquecido. Por fim, o que chocou foram os animais. Amamos animais, mas eles cortam penas das araras e dos tucanos para não voarem alto e serem atração do hotel. Tem vários coelhos no hotel, alguns filhotes doentes. Ele ficam desde a area da praia até nos jardins, algumas crianças maltratam, inclusive um apareceu morto na área da praia. Só pegaram o corpo e jogaram no lixo na frente de todo mundo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Cinco dias em abril, família, litoral pernambucano. A praia correspondeu e foi além. Piscinas naturais, pé na areia, mar a 50 metros, silêncio de verdade. Sem trilha sonora de resort te seguindo do café à meia-noite. Quietude rara, que sozinha já justifica a viagem. Nunca vi algo parecido no Brasil. Estrutura funciona bem: parque aquático, atividades para crianças, quartos espaçosos com vista para o mar em todos os apartamentos: não é promessa de site, é real. Limpeza e manutenção sem reclamação (ar quebrou, mas foi rapidamente consertado). A gastronomia trava. Pratos simples demais para o contexto, apresentação descuidada e talheres e mesas com higiene abaixo do aceitável. Não é detalhe numa diária de resort. Atendimento depende do setor: barraca de praia, excelente; bar da piscina, ruim. Restaurante, recepção e camareiras foram gentis e sem atrito. Um ponto que ficou na cabeça: araras, tucanos e coelhos circulam pelo espaço. encantador para quem tem filho. Mas os coelhos morrem com frequência, atacados por animais, sem proteção. As aves têm asas cortadas para não voarem. É bonito de ver, é incômodo de saber. No balanço: lugar com potencial real de ser o melhor resort do Brasil. Falta pouco. Veredicto: a gente volta.

Fiquei no quarto com hidromassagem. O quarto estava com poeira no chao e em necessidade de algumas pinturas, a hidromassagem estava bem limpa. A vista do quarto era boa e a piscina incrível. A comida do hotel poderia melhorar, muitas opções mas a qualidade deixava a desejar, especialmente nos doces, bolos e pães.
