Equipped with high-speed internet, this home is perfect for those who want to stay connected while also enjoying the great outdoors. Take in beautiful views of the lake from the large deck, which is directly off the kitchen and ideal for outdoor dining with seating for up to 10. The large sandy beach offers a private and well-protected swim area, complete with jetties. The dock can hold up to a 22' boat and a rowboat is available for guest use. Sebago Lake offers plenty of room for boating, with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, providing over 40 miles of boatable waterway. The property is nestled in natural surroundings with a partially cleared lot. Please note that the path to the dock is uneven and may not be suitable for those who require walking aids, but there is an alternate level path to the sandy beach. Come experience the natural beauty of Sebago Lake!
