Check in was quick. But no mention of wifi or breakfast times.
The room was a hot box and the heater was still going. We discovered the window was popped out at the top. Our hand passed through between the two halves with room to spare. The room is on the first floor. When I explained the situation, the front desk asked if I'd like to change rooms. No apologies for the situation. Shouldn't need to ask if we want a new room...just offer it with an apology! He wasn't rude, but also not concerned.
The replacement room was cold, as the heater was powered off, but it warmed up quickly. The TV was on with the sound off. ? That was weird.
