Tranquility in Warnsdorf

Excellent location, only 3km to Niendorf and the beach. Rural location and very quiet, also because of the hotel complex being spread over a beautiful large park-like area. The setting was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Overall an excellent stay and would certainly return.

Perfekt organisierte und sehr nette, zuvorkommende Hotelmanagerin. Tolle Willkommenskultur. Sonderwünsche wurde problemlos berücksichtigt und kurzfristig umgesetzt - der Gast steht im Mittelpunkt des Handelns. Das Thema "Parkgebühren" ist kaum nachvollziehbar, da der Parkplatz weder eingezäunt noch überwacht ist und die Unterkunft über die lange Zufahrt nicht anders erreichbar ist. Da gibt es sicherlich "kaufmännisch" bessere Lösungen. Perfektes Frühstück in nettem historischen Kaffeeambiente. Klare Empfehlung, ich komme sicher gern wieder.

Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr nettes Personal. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Das Highlight im Töpferhof ist das Frühstücksbufet. Es waren unvergessliche Tage im Töpferhof. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel auf wundervollem parkähnlichem Gelände, ABER... Besornders zu loben ist das Cafe Tausendschön! Ein fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet mit enormer Auswahl und super leckere Torten am Nachmittag. Nun zur Kritik... auf den ersten Blick waren wir begeistert, doch beim Versuch das Appartement zu lüften ging es los, wir hatten direkt den Griff der hinteren Terrassentür in der Hand, der auch schon länger defekt ist. In den Vorhängen klebten teils tote Insekten, die Wollmäuse tummelten sich unter dem Nachtschrank und auf sämtlichen Ablageflächen eine dicke Staubschicht. Vor dem duschen mussten wir zuerst die drei Spinnen in der Dusche, in die Freiheit entlassen und die Weben entfernen. Wir waren froh die Kinder mal nicht dabei zu haben, denn in den Etagenbetten im hinteren Bereich hätten wir sie nicht schlafen lassen können. Im Bad scheinen Leitungen zu verlaufen, die den gesamten hinteren Bereich enorm aufheizen, einzige Möglichkeit zu lüften > die defekte Terrassentür, Dauer des erneuten aufheizens ca. 20-30 Minuten. Die Terrassentür über Nacht auf stehen zu lassen geht ja nun auch nicht. Alles in allem konnten wir unseren kurzen Aufenthalt trotzdem genießen, allerdings passen Preis/Leistung nicht und der Schein nach außen trügt. Für so, doch relativ, viel Geld werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nocheinmal besuchen.

Super Hotel, dem Preis einsprechend. Ruhige Lage, Frühstück ist sehr gut. Frühstücksort ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Keine Massenabfertigung im Einheitsstil. Mein Zimmer war in der „Alten Scheune“, ein modernisierter Bereich auf dem Gelände. Zimmer war top.

Helle Zimmer in ruhiger Umgebung

Unser kleines Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss. Es war sehr sauber. Durch die hellen Farben wirkte das kleine Zimmer sympathisch. Hund kostet 15€/Tag. Was mich stört, sind die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren von 4€/Tag. Warum kann man die nicht im Preis inkludieren, zumal man dieses Hotel sicher nicht mit dem Bus (Dorf/auf dem Land) besucht. Bis zum Meer fährt man ca. 5 km. Frühstück (8-12 Uhr) gibt es in Form von Buffet im Café gegenüber. Es ist für Hotelgäste und externe Besucher. Ab frühen Mittag gibt es dann Kuchen/Torten aus hauseigener Produktion. Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man auch für abends einen Platz reservieren.

Super liebes und aufmerksames Personal in ALLEN Bereichen. Die Frühstückslocation ist außergewöhnlich einladend und gemütlich, die Zimmer hell und freundlich. Das Einzige was vielleicht ein wenig mehr Zuwendung benötigt, ist der Saunabereich ( Spiegel lehnt rausgebrochen an der Wand, das Notausgangsschild flackert, schön wären einfache Temperaturschilder der 2 verschiedenen Saunen und vielleicht eine Karaffe mit Leitungswasser und Teelichter? Aber das nur als lieb gemeinte Tips.
