This wonderful modern Villa consists of 5 bedrooms, a living room connected with the kitchen and dining room. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, and another separate toilet is located on ground floor. Every bedroom has air conditioning and an internet enabled TV. The balcony spreads throughout the entire upper floor, and it can be accessed form each bedroom. Outside the house lies a wonderful sun deck with sun loungers, and 38 square meters heated swimming pool where you can enjoy the warm summer days. The roofed terrace overlooks the pool and it has a dining table and garden furniture, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a snack. Free private parking is provided on site, and the Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
