Serenity, untouched nature and a view to the sea only 4 km away, all belong to Villa Zora, located at the outskirts of a small quiet village Brgod. Villa Zora is a modern and luxurious family house offering 3 luxurious, completely air conditioned apartments, two with room for 6, and one for 4 + 2 which makes the total capacity of 16 + 2.
Summer nights spent in the garden with a refreshing pool and a barbecue will make you feel completely relaxed. A long fresh breakfast in the shade of the gazebo will be a perfect day starter.

The brilliant adriatic sea, secluded beaches, sunshine and a light breeze will make your body feel truly rested. Wonderful hiking trails surrounded with green mediteranean growth are all around the village. The true scent of lavender, rosemary and flowers will fill you with energy that you will carry with you for a long time.

Wir durften eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa verbringen - ein Ort, der wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alles war makellos sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt vorbereitet. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter, für ihre Gastfreundschaft, die vielen Köstlichkeiten, die für uns bereitgestellt waren und auch zwischendurch immer wieder vorbeigebracht wurden. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Gerne würden wir mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben, es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Immer wieder gerne!

Es war alles super! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gab von ihnen immer wieder Überraschungen mit gekochtem Essen, Wurst- und Käseplatte und Grappa. Die Ferienwohnung im Haus waren optimal, so hatte jede Familie einen eigenen Bereich. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Von dem Haus aus ist man in 15 Minuten am Meer. Es gibt Städte in der Umgebung die in max. 45 Minuten erreicht werden können (Pula, Rovinj, Labin...). Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns auch mit allerlei Lebensmittel versorgt. Eine für uns sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.

Tolle, funktionell eingerichtete Unterkunft

Wir waren 17 Personen davon 9 Kinder in verschiedenen Altersgruppen. War ein super Aufenthalt. Tolle Unterkunft mit großem Kühlschrank im Poolhaus. Keiner brauchte in der Wohnung kochen, Wir konnten alles im Poolhaus lagern, kochen machen. Der Außenessbereich ist überdacht. Super Liegen, Pool und Whirlpool. Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr nett und brachten z.B. zu Beginn 2 Schinken-Käse-Platten oder im Laufe der Woche den Traum einer Salsiccia-Tomaten-Suppe. Bis auf Labin, wo man alles kaufen kann sind es ca. 15 Minuten, ohne schnell zu fahren. Tolle Location, tolle Leute, toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Familienurlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Mateo uns seine Frau sind sehr aufmerksam und haben uns immer wieder mit Leckereien überrascht. Das Haus ist groß und wir hatten mit 4 Familien genüge d Platz. Der Poolund dasPoolhaus waren super um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen

We had a great time in this property. We were four families (17 people) renting the whole property. That was a perfect arrangement. The hosts were very friendly and nice and easy to communicate with. Daily we where given fresh food from the garden:)

Familienurlaub mit 18 Personen

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien für 10 Tage in diesem tollen Haus in Kroatien. Alle 4 Familien hatten eine eigene Wohnung, jedoch haben wir immer gemeinschaftlich in der Außenküche gegenüber vom Pool gekocht. Der Pool war sehr sauber und groß genug zum baden und den Whirlpool haben sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Erwachsene genoßen. Gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich eine Grünfläche zum Fußballspielen und ein Grillbereich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, genügend Handtücher vorhanden und die Gastgeber super herzlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es Schnaps sowie eine Wurst- und Käseplatte mit Baguette. Während unseres 10tätigen Aufenthalts wurden wir immer wieder mit frischem Salat aus dem Garten, Pfannkuchen zur Nachspeise und selbst gemachtem Gebäck verwöhnt. Teilweise waren wir doch recht laut, aber es hat niemanden gestört und auch die Musik in der Nacht war kein Problem. Wir können das Haus vollstes empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach alles super !!

Der ganze Aufenthalt war spitze, wir wurden super freundlich, herzlich begrüsst. Erhielten immer wieder frischen Salat, Eier usw. und konnten uns bei fragen immer an die Familie wenden. Das Haus war sauber in sehr gutem Zustand und für uns perfekt ausserhalb, ein bisschen abgelegen. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisch

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in villa zora. Doordat de villa opgedeeld is in 3 appartementen (+loft) is het een ideale plek met voldoende privacy. De villa is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren zijn absurd gastvrij! We zijn welkom geheten met een hapje en een drankje. We kregen regelmatig verse eieren en sla uit de moestuin. Ook de eigen gebrouwen drankjes werden uitgeleels en tijdens de regen stond daar ineens een bak met paraplu's! In één woord: fantastisch!

Wir waren 3 Familien aus 17 Leuten. Die Besitzer sind außergewöhnlich nette Gastgeber! Wir wurden verwöhnt wie kleine Kinder. Absolut empfehlenswert! Große Teetassen würden unsere Aufenthalt nahezu optimal gewesen. Aber das ist jammern auf höchstes Level. Wir waren alle so begeistert, dass wir sicher zurückkommen...

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in der Villa Zora

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenhalt. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch für kleine Kinder super und sauber. Auch als Startpunkt für Auflüge in Instrien super geeignet.

Super Urlaubsziel!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub mit 18 Personen in der Villa Zora. Alles ist sauber, super gepflegt, sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist viel Platz. Pool und Whirlpool sind top und wurden von uns viel genutzt. Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist total herzlich. Man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen. Wurden mit Wurst/Käseplatten und Schnaps herzlich begrüßt. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es immer mal Eier von den Hühnern der Vermieterin. Außerdem hat sie uns einmal mit einer großen selbstgemachten Gebäckplatte überrascht. Der Urlaub war super und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Wir haben mit 4 befreundeten Familien hier eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Gastgeber super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Jeder hatte gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und trotzdem gab es mit dem tollen Poolhaus einen gemeinsamen Treffpunkt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Erwachsenen und die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist abgelegen, dies hat uns aber nicht gestört! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Eine super Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Wir hatten die gesamte Unterkunft für 9 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder gebucht. Alle Apartments waren sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Ebenso der Whirlpool. Die Ausrichtung der Anlage ist dabei optimal, da man bis Spätabends die Sonne am Pool genießen kann. Unser Highlight war definitiv das Poolhaus mit dem Gasgrill, den wir sehr oft benutzt haben. Selbst für das Frühstücks-Rührei haben wir den Grill benutzt. Mateo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch seine Frau und Mateos Mutter sind sehr freundliche Menschen. Zu Beginn unserer Reise wurden wir mit zwei Wurst/Käse-Platten begrüßt. Während der Reise kamen immer wieder Kleinigkeiten, wie Eier (von den eigenen Hühnern) oder Schoko-Croissants. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen dieser Unterkunft ist, dass die nächsten größeren Supermärkte in Labin zu finden sind (ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto). Alles in allem eine spitzenmäßige Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.
