The surroundings of property perfect. Absolutely disgusted that staff at pool kept serving drunk people. One fell in pool head down and visitors had to get him out. Vomited in pool then took about an hour for a sign to put up so no swimming for anyone rest of night. Im 80 years old an had a notice put at my door accusing me of drinking my alcohol by pool. Had to wait 2 days for apology then to top it off told my check out day was a day earlier when it wasnt. Wouldnt recommend this property to anyone

Loved our stay at Club Raro. The staff were very accommodating and such good customer service. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The music was good at the pool bar and the week night events and amenities were good.

The Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Everyone of them. Things I didn’t care for was the rediculous prices for drinks, what Happy Hour? Wifi is also an unbelievable rip off. No beach to walk on and tough swimming. They have done a really good job fixing this place up and Adults only is a bonus.

Adults only resort always works. Staff very friendly. View from resort is awesome. A bit dated and in need of some repairs but doesn’t spoil the stay. Included breakfast a bit limited but you can purchase extras if needed. Would go back.

Awesome place . Has everything you need for a great holiday . Found a couple of the staff a little abrupt and disinterested on two seperate occasions but everyone else was polite and friendly .

Great holiday destination

Great service. Meals were good, although couldn't do them justice. Just a minor quibble, the BBQ chef needs to learn to cook steak and lamb chops - they were overcooked. Staff are fantastic, special mention to Sue, Masi, Grace, Emori, Roko, Mama Emily, Emily and Liane. Being adults only is another plus. Would certainly go back.

We asked for shuttle which they said would pick us upand deliver us to club raro. There was 3 other couples who promised the same thing luckily there were some who received shuttle and we gained a ride with them
