Hotel is a construction site ! Do not stay here - we were not told and we arrived to be allocated rooms with a view of the construction and the pool surrounded by building works. The hotel staff - especially the hotel owner Ivan are very aggressive and rude.

The property was clean and the food was good. There is a huge construction happening around the property and many rooms overlook this building work and the pool overlooks this property extension!! The staff are rude and the manager was the rudest man I have ever come across. He shouted at us as we complained that our water at dinner had taken 35 minutes to arrive. We were scared of him and couldn’t wait to leave the hotel!!!

Amazing stay neat Plitvice NP!

Beautiful property, great location close to entrance 1 of Plitvice NP. Roomw as spacious, nice and clean. Bathroom was very impressive too. We used the pool and the outdoor gym (which is really cool). The restaurant serves amazing food. Overall wonderful stay, highly recommended if you are visting the Plitice NP.

The entire property was immaculate. Rooms were incredibly spacious (including the bathrooms), clean, and so tastefully renovated/decorated. Restaurants on site were also very good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent location-close to Plitvice for hiking. Loved every minute of our time there!

It’s extremely close to the national park, and the staff was very helpful with recommendations on which entrance to use. Our only complaint is the current construction.
