A cosy 1-bedroom house with queen master bedroom, equipped kitchen, living area, laundry, and bathroom.

The outside sleepout offers a queen bed, and foldout couch, bathroom, and a small kitchenette. Step into the adjoining bamboo pagoda, a tropical and private space perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Please note the heat pump in the sleepout is not working and there will be a fan in the room to keep you cool in summer.

Centrally located, and minutes away by car from Raglan township, scenic beaches, and mountain trails.

We loved the covered outdoor living area and the close proximity to town. We were able to leave the car mostly and explore Raglan whether it was swimming, shopping or finding great places to eat. Being able to come back and chill in a private, sheltered garden surrounded house was fabulous.
