The master bedroom features a king size bed complete with superior quality mattress, walk-in wardrobe & spacious ensuite bathroom. You can relax and soak up the beautiful views of Mt Karioi and Kaitoke Bay.

Bedroom 2, offering a stunning vista of the sea and mountain, this high-quality queen-sized bedroom also has its own ensuite.

All reservations will receive a delicious jar of Raglan honey and Raglan chocolate.

You will have access to the entire upstairs space, as well as the laundry room located at the bottom of the internal stairs.

Off street parking for two cars. Further parking on the roadside available for more vehicles, but please be mindful of the neighboring properties.

This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day.

Please note there is a RING motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage can be reviewed.

All sports equipment needs to be stored outside the property.

All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.

Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.

For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

Any personal belongings left behind have a minimum $20 return fee + courier bag/packaging cost (regardless of size). This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administration for payment.

Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.

Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).

Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.

Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.

No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 4. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked.

Residential area - Noise curfew from 10pm to 9am. Events are not allowed without prior arrangement. This includes birthday parties, hens/stag doos and wedding celebrations.

A BBQ is available for use during your stay. Please clean with the appropriate supplied cleaner after use. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the BBQ is found dirty.
