In the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards lies the Agriturismo San Pierino - Radicondoli (SI) in the midst of a plot of 7 hectares.

Villa is for max. 6 persons ( inclusive children).
On the ground floor of the house are:
1 kitchen with living room and fireplace-stove,
3 double bedrooms,
2 bathrooms with shower / WC,
entrance, outdoor seating area.

The house is spacious, carefully furnished in Tuscan style and features fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerators, dishes, dishwasher, etc.

To use: private swimming pool (10 x5 ) + a small pool with shower, pergola, barbecue with tables and chairs, sun loungers,WI - FI, private parking, 1 acre garden (fenced), private entrance gate with remote control.

Here you will find the ideal setting if you want to enjoy peace and serenity to the fullest.

The big turnaround to all its guests a quiet place to stay to find and offers ideal opportunities for the children play safely.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très calme, très propre et bien équipée, accessible en partie par un chemin de terre depuis le joli village de Radicondoli, . La vue sur les collines avoisinantes est très agréable, en particulier de la piscine (hors-sol). Il faut compter environ 45 minutes de jolies routes pour se rendre à Sienne, Volterra ou San Giminiano. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages dans la nature, si vous êtes chanceux comme nous... Sarka est une hôtesse sympathique et attentionnée. Avec son mari, elle produit du vin et de l'huile d'olive, dont des échantillons nous attendaient en guise de cadeau d'accueil. Une excellente adresse pour ceux qui aiment la nature et le calme.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in traumhafter Umgebung...

Wir haben als zwei Familien (insgesamt 4x Erwachsene und 4x Kinder im Alter zwischen 5-7 Jahren) das gesamte Haus genutzt. Gerade in der aktuellen Zeit haben wir die Abgeschiedenheit und den privaten Pool sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus auf dem Nachbargrundstück und sind nicht zu sehen/hören ausser wir hatten eine Frage. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll aufgeteilt, das Haus urig und sauber. Wissen muss man, dass das Haus aufgeteilt ist in eine Einheit mit 3x SZ + 2x Bädern + Küche und einer Einheit mit 1x SZ + 1x Bad + 1x Küche, was für uns kein Problem war. Der Weg zu dem Anwesen ist ein Naturweg, mit normalen Autos befahrbar. Alles war sauber und sehr liebevoll. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Ganz liebe Grüße an die Gastfamilie...

Uno splendido agriturismo immerso nelle colline toscane

Sono stato in questo Agriturismo insieme ad altri 7 amici per qualche giorno ad Agosto. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Proprietaria gentile e cordiale, ci ha anche aiutato tantissimo a trovare un posto in cui cenare! La casa è tenuta molto bene, molto pulita e spaziosa. Lo spazio per il barbecue adatto e le piscine splendide, inoltre quella grande di sera è anche illuminata. Il gatto ci ha tenuto compagnia e la proprietaria all’arrivo ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino di loro produzione. L’unica pecca è la strada di accesso un po’ dissestata, ma si percorre tranquillamente. Nel complesso un soggiorno soddisfacente e il posto lo consigliamo tantissimo!!
