Large hotel. Seems very corporate. Nice pool but was taken over by ‘exciteable’ kids meaning little chance for a peaceful swim. Rooms are modern with excellent walking shower. Overall I prefer smaller hotels targeting tourist rather than corporate guest so I wouldn’t stay at Anya again.

Did not like the room layout, the bathroom is open to the room. The staff was nice, nice facilities. Breakfast came with the room, but food and coffee, juices, were not good! Comfortable bed, hotel is in good location, everything works very well! Except for the bathroom being open to the room (no privacy), i really liked it.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel is very nice! Staff were friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was our favourite as there were so many choices. Don’t hesitate to book here- ps across the street is the beach. There are no chairs so you would have to buy a towel as I am unsure if you can use pool towels.

The view of my room was beautiful after the manager helps me upgrade it. The thing that I liked about the hotel was the manager took an action to take care of the customers immediately if there is an issue. This shows me that the hotel really cares about their customers. The hotel is really close to the beach and walkable to many places. You also can see many people swimming at the beach from your rooms. The view was so amazing. I definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Quy Nhon next time.

Clean and very organized hotel. I would say it's an indeed 5-star hotel. The hotel staff served us a drink when we waited for the room. I will come back again when I travel to QN in March 2023

I like how modern the hotel is however spa was the only reason why I chose to stay at the hotel because I wanted to do spa there. Swimming pool bathroom doors on the 24 floor did not close/lock all the way nor had any tables in the girls washroom to place items. I had to place them on the floor. Staffs were nice but there was a big miscommunication on the electric rides when the hotel staff stated it was 250 dong per hr but when we hopped on the meter was running and half hr later when we tried to clarify with the driver, he said hotel had miscommunicated. Worse customer service ever with the driver as we argued to pay the 250 dong that the hotel states to us. Again, the hotel is very modern, very nice. But I don’t think I’ll stay here again due to lack of misinformative.

Amazing! This should be a 5 Star hotel. The beds are so comfortable, the infinity pool in the top floor is pure luxury, the breakfast buffet hols something for everyone
