I would not recommend booking this property. To begin, we got to the hotel and the security guard said our booking was only for two people instead of 3, which we had paid extra for. After an hour of back and forth between us, the property owners and the security guards, the property owner said we could go to a hotel down the street. Once we got to the different hotel and finally got to our room we only had one bed for the 3 of us. We had booked two beds, and made one work the whole week.
Aside from this the property owner only gave us 2 towels, two rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll. I messaged her asking her if she could drop off more towels for us and that we were running out of supplies. She messaged saying she would come the next day, she didn't show up until two days later with one more of each, then said it would be 4$ for this.
Moving on, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the terrace spa. Out of the whole week we were there we were only able to book one visit to the spa, on our last day. Once we got to the terrace there was no hot tub as seen in photos, and the pool was completely closed with a cover we were unable to remove on top of it.
I have never written a bad review about a hotel, but this was our experience and I just want to warn those who may be deceived as we were..
