The Port Maria district is located in the town of Quiberon, on the Quiberon peninsula in Brittany, France. It is situated on the northeast coast of the peninsula, facing the mainland and Quiberon Bay.

Port Maria is a picturesque little fishing port with colorful fishing boats and seafood restaurants. It's also the departure point for boat trips to the offshore islands, including Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, and Hoëdic.

The Port Maria area is very lively during the summer with many tourists coming to enjoy the beach at the large beach located right next to it, as well as the shops, bars, and restaurants on the main street.
