the duty manager was around to support the staff and the customers. Many restaurants, French bakery, supermarket and shops for many essentials are all within 5 minutes of walking distance. A bus by the hotel that goes to the airport every 15 minutes.

Loved the veiws from our room. Our room had everything we needed. We had a standard king bed was very comfortable My family really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner and the staff there are so friendly. The location of this property is unique, facing the Remarkables mountain Range. The property though has a limited number of car parks available for guests on a first come first serve basis. It was quite hard to get one. A paid car park in the property was available at a slightly higher price. Luckily there was a couple of paid car parks around the property at a reasonable rate.

All round good hotel.

Very convenient hotel to Queenstown airport. We decided to walk from the terminal and it took about 20 mins. We were upgraded to a mountain view room on 4th floor and the view was amazing! The room was comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. Buffet breakfast was good too.
