Spacious house of charm done again for nine located between sea, countryside and city. A perfect location for a group of friends or family wishing to enjoy all aspects of romantic Brittany, 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, 25 minutes from Rennes, 20 minutes from Dinan and 15 minutes from Combourg. The area is 140 m2 on 2 levels plus a basement with Garage. A beautiful garden of more than 1600 m2.

Fijn huis op rustige plek

Fijn huis met grote tuin op rustige plek in het mooi Bretagne. De drukkere plekken, zoals de omgeving van Malo zijn zeer goed te bereiken, maar het is fijn om daarna weer in de rust terug te keren

Sehr schönes Landhaus mit Garten

Für uns (2+Hund) ist das ein super tolles Objekt. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier genau richtig. Ein Supermarkt in im Nachbarort und mit Hunden lässt es sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Kanal auch sehr schön laufen. Sehr netter Gastgeber.
