Very friendly staff. I liked the complimentary breakfast and easy parking. Also happen to go on a weekend when there weren't any events, not sure how it is when there's an event, they have several reception rooms, but it was quiet. The rooms are a bit out dared.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para visitar Rincón, Aguadilla y los pozos de Jacinto y Teodoro, y sectores aledaños. También es un plus que tiene piscina y una playa que se puede acceder desde el hotel. El desayuno es bastante limitando ya que solo hay una opción, pero está bien. En las habitaciones hace falta un refri, ya que estando de vacaciones en PR uno trata de tener agua fría a la mano. En general nos gustó, y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Overall visit.

Room was very clean. Lady at check-in ignored me, then someone else came to check me in. Parking lot was dark with no one at the front desk after 9pm. View was amazing.

The Staff was wonderful! The view was spectacular! I had a room with double beds & it would be a tight fit if you have 4 people with you. The Infiniti pool was nice & the staff made the best Pina colada I’ve ever had. My biggest complaint is the bathroom wasn’t great. The shower head sprayed water in odd directions & the sink needed to be just right for the water to shut off. Also the beach right by the property was rocky so you need to travel to get to a better beach. Now I’m putting this next part as a pro but I know not everyone loves cats like I do. The property easily had 10 cats on it. I’m assuming they were strays but they were friendly so I’m positive staff & guests treat them wonderfully. I would go back especially with my cat loving daughter.

The Refrigerator didnt work good , the air conditiner was not working well and the alarm not smoking qet us crasy the frist night also no hot water , and no light. Thats my personal opinion
