Small nice condo in a very good location in Limoilou close to all amenities. A stone's throw from 3rd Avenue, you'll love the Limoilou neighborhood where you'll be in the heart of Quebec City's locals near downtown.

When you enter, you are in the dining room with the kitchen area with an island to cook in front of you and the living room with a large comfortable sofa to your right. There is also a smart HD TV. This downstairs apartment is within walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and the Old City. This area is a wonderful neighbourhood with charm and character. The apartment was cute and well equipped. Only negative is the mattress. Not overly comfortable.

Just outside of old city but very convenient. Apt was older but in great condition, well-supplied kitchen and amenities. Nice neighborhood with local restaurants and bars. Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect for a visit to old Quebec

Nice condo with parking in back. New washer /dryer. Lots of kitchen equipment. Very convenient to old Quebec. We walked home one day. Cafe and Sushi down the street. Grocery store a couple blocks away.
