整體不錯。很多人同時入住時，櫃檯人員的速度稍慢。我一個多月前透過Hotel.com訂房，訂好房也付款了，結果入住當天才說沒訂到，還好飯店人員借我手機打電話過去Hotel.com處理，後來升級到海景房，須先墊支房費，後來Hotel.com再退款。
