The house has 2 ground floor bedrooms sharing a luxury shower room, a 1st floor open plan living space with balcony, and a large bedroom and family bathroom on the upper floor. There is covered storage for watersports equipment or bicycles (ask), and a laundry. Full GCH throughout and a 'baby room' with cot off the master bedroom.
