This house is as advertised. You will not be disappointed. The owner has has thought of everything...fishing rods and tackle, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, etc. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Amazing hidden gem in paradise

My family and I had a great stay at this vacation home in Punta Gorda, Florida. The house was spotless, and exactly as described—comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Troy was exceptional with communication, always quick to respond and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care he put into making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home for vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Everything was very comfortable and clean. The pool was so much fun too! The kitchen was a dream to cook in and everything was very well stocked. The home exceded our expectations in every way! Cant wait to come back!

Perfect!

This Punta Gorda home is amazing! It’s complete luxury on the inside and the heated pool is the best. We spent the days and evenings swimming and relaxing. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which we totally appreciated. You can’t go wrong. The location is great, as we have family in the area and it was a good home base.

Can I give 10 stars!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not better. It came stocked with tons of thoughtful amenities: drinks, coffee, shampoo, fishing poles, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The kitchen had a huge variety of spices, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beer in the fridge!A lot of these extras seem to be left by previous guests, so definitely check out the house before buying supplies.Troy was incredibly responsive and kind, no matter the time of day. He even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help.The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved seeing tarpon right off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful Home!!!

The home was Amazing! Troy was very accommodating and helpful. The kids loved the pool area and watching the fish in the canal. It was their first trip to Florida and they can’t wait to go back! We will definitely book with Troy again!

Great vacation! House was awesome, had everything we needed. Really nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. Fished, walked, but mostly hung out and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. Host was very easy to work with and had no issues while at the property. Highly recommend staying here.

Most beautiful VRBO in Punta Gorda

Safe location in a sweet neighborhood on a dead end street. Gorgeous smart house. All amenities. On the canal. With a pool, lanai, dock on the canal, grill, huge TV. Luxury. Most comfortable beds. So beautiful.

Amazing house & host

This house is beautiful inside & out, the location couldn't have been better (quiet, yet close to everything) and the communication with the host was fantastic! He readily answered any concerns we had. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit, and he let us know ahead of time the house was available for an extra day if needed, which it was. Would definitely recommend!

After staying at a few VRBO’S I’ve realized most are pretty accurately portrayed but always seem to look a slight bit better in the pictures. This property is an exception. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much, much nicer, in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to everything the area has to offer. If you’re thinking about staying in the Punta Gorda area you won’t be sorry booking this property!!!
