I liked a lot all the restaurants except Ocean, this one doesn't has good service and the quality of foods is bad, also the offer is poor. In comparison with Market, Ocean is nothing. Sorry, but this facility affect the services of this resort. Congrats for the rest of the places into your hotel.

Paid for a room with private hot tub. Hot tub would not hold water. Took 4 requests (3 days of a 5 day stay) to get maintenance to repair the tub. Filled the tub with water but the water would not heat. Cold “hot” tub. The property refused to credit the upcharge for the hot tub. Expedia did give $100 in travel credits. Will NEVER go back

The resort was clean and room was nice. The pools were also clean and enjoyable. But overall, would not stay here again. The drinks were so bad the food was awful. We tried two of the restaurants and they were not any level above the buffet. The only buffet food that was worth eating was fruit, freshly made eggs, and freshly made pasta or fried rice. Everything else appeared to be sitting out a while and was majorly over or under cooked. The beverages had an added sweetness/odd flavor to them. The staff was kind but at times overly friendly and crossed inappropriate boundaries with my friend and I (two females). Unfortunate experience for my first time in the DR.

For an all inclusive they tried to upsell expensive meals, also went to play a game of pool as there was a table in the lobby and had to pay to play.

This is a beautiful resort with really friendly and kind staff. They make you feel valued and engage with all the guests to make sure everyone is having fun. The food is great for a resort and they are constantly sweeping and cleaning so it feels really clean around the pool and common areas. Would definitely recommend!

Serenade Al Suites is a beautiful modern resort. The staff were absolutely amazing and made the experience 10x better. Derick, Maximo and Maria thank you. The food was excellent. All our meals were delicious from the buffet to the a la carte. The Gourmet restaurant and teppanyaki experience at Koi were our favorite. We will definitely book again at this resort.

Perfect adults only resort. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and genuine smiles. We were able to not only view our room, but were able to view other rooms if we would have liked to upgrade! However, there was no need. We booked the master suite and it was nothing short of amazing! With its own personal hot tub, this room was more than we expected! The food at the resort was also really good! Having multiple options along with the buffets provided us with a great variety of different foods to try! The best part about it was that we not only could eat at our property but also could use the shared dining options/bars at the other side of the resort. From tropical cocktails in coconuts to espresso martinis with dinner, the bartenders expertly made them all! Being on the Vip side we were provided with higher end liquors as well! Service also really shined. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, remembering our names and preferences, it felt personal and authentic not just professional. Bartenders Maximo and Derek made some of the best drinks we have had!! Down by the beach and pool Barbie, Pineapple, Tomas, and Spaghetti made every day so much fun! You a really tell they love their jobs and really kept the energy up for everyone at the resort! We would highly recommend the adults only all suits resort! And we will definelty be back!
