Everyone was very friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay. The app was not overly helpful and could use some upgrades, as it kept failing. I don’t like that they limit you per stay to how many restaurant reservations you can make and then have to go to the buffet. All the restaurants were very good. We should be able to eat at family side restaurants too. Some people found a loophole to that. We did not. Poolside service was excellent. It was very pretty and clean. We did the swim out poolside room and it was well worth it! Lack of entertainment past water aerobics for 20 minutes every day. Entertainment crew was always walking around, but could have facilitated water volleyball and other poolside activities throughout the day. If they were having activities they were not advertised anywhere…unlike the family side. The nightly entertainment we saw was good, but it was just a matter of catching it as it was never advertised on a board or the app. Lack of entertainment during the day made it boring. That can make a big difference in your stay. The resort is absolutely beautiful and easy to navigate.

The room was dated, the shower would scald then freeze you and it had mold in every crevice. The tv did not work the 1st day. The Expedia gold status meant nothing to this resort. Check in was a joke and we were left on our own to find our way around. This was not a five star resort! I called Expedia for help, the rep called the hotel and couldn’t get anyone to answer and said with situations like this all he could do was give me a 5 percent future credit and left it at that.. this trip was for my wife’s birthday and I was very disappointed overall!

It was in good condition. Staff very nice but our room never seemed to get cleaned on a schedule. Sometimes it was 9am and then at 4pm. Some kind of consistency would have been nice so we could go back to the room knowing it was cleaned.

Shower had draining issues which were not really taken care of when maintenance was contacted. Also no plug for the tub so that could be used. Limited dining on wednesdays and make sure you use the reservations sparingly as there’s only two for out four night stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights in Feb of 2026. The resort grounds were nice and the beach was also nice. There is a decent amount of seaweed washing up every day, but the crew cleans it consistently. The food at this resort was the worst part by far. There was not a single place we ate that was good and we are not picky eaters.

The hotel and grounds are clean, there was some minor maintenance needed in the rooms and grounds. The food was decent we had some disappointments with some of the dishes but all in all the food was good. The only recommendations I would make to the resort is to have a better room service menu, very few options. The beach was kept pretty clean. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Good resort if you are looking for a quiet retreat.

We had a swim out room and it was great, room was clean and big. Only complaint was that it seemed the resort was under staffed at the restaurants and the food particularly at the steak was well below acceptable (people in our party had to send our steaks back a couple of times due to being undercooked despite showing and telling the servers what we wanted)...other issue was that our transportation from the airport and back was not included in the Expedia package (to our surprise) and this information was not disclosed on their website, so be aware when booking.
