We had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our bell attendant, Ramon, was incredibly sweet and always available if we had any questions. At the front desk, Gia and Ricardo were wonderful — they explained everything clearly and with such care and kindness. The restaurant staff were just as impressive. Sonia was especially sweet and went above and beyond by remembering me, my family, and even our names — that personal touch meant so much to us. Cindy was also so kind and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. The rooms were very clean, and the food was consistently an 8/10 throughout our stay. Overall, I truly loved all the staff and appreciated the exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was beautiful and has a great beach, nice pools and a friendly staff. We enjoyed in a ton. Our room was excellent. It was a bit noisy and it’s somewhat annoying to be at an all inclusive and then some areas and restaurants are not included, especially when they don’t look like they’re worth the upgrade. But a great hotel. Hope to be back soon.

Cannot say anything good or anything really bad about this property. Just OK. For the money I would’ve stayed somewhere else. The locals on the beach were so incredibly annoying. Would not leave my daughter and myself alone. My daughter actually felt scared around them. I informed Security newer times about them and they did absolutely nothing.

Third visit - same beautiful manicured area, clean, comfortable rooms, well trained staff, great food. Our butler Carlos Fabian provided an outstanding service. We have requested him after the last year visit. Polite, kind and very responsible gentleman. He was helping us even when he took a few days off. Bar tenders Frany, Rosa, Felix made any imaginable cocktail, friendly, cheerful and caring. Clara at Bordeaux restaurant, knowledgeable and elegant. Cooks at the Riviera buffet who made great dishes in front of us. Thank you all!

I celebrated my 40th birthday and loved it, staff was very efficient and friendly. Food was great, plenty of variety and found the place to be clean and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this resort.
