Air conditioning didn’t work half of the time door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Safe was broken doors falling off the closet cockroaches in the bathroom lots of young 18 to 21-year-olds screaming and yelling till 6:30 in the morning every night food was average drinks were below average resort however was beautiful in the pool area and landscaping beach was also beautiful staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Also, this resort has no first aid and you are on your own if you get injured at the resort.

toilet didnt flush, bad odor, sink gets clog, mini fridge didnt work at all even requesting a service for it. I killed one cockroach, and the room look really old. It really needs to renovate.
