Our first time to the DR ocean el faro was great some of the best food from a AI resort very quiet during non peak times we went with the privilege package and our butler Jose was amazing making our trip very enjoyable very clean resort and property was well kept also the beds were comfortable would stay again

We stayed at Ocean El Faro last week and I have nothing but good things to say about this property. The resort was beautiful and very kid friendly. Kevin was a really good host and a butler, from day one he made sure all are needs were met as we were travelling with young kids, he went out of his way to make sure we get to enjoy each and every restaurant that required reservations and checked on us every day. Also Susan at the kids play area was a tremendous employee. She took care of my child so well and he enjoyed playing hours in the play room. Jose and Elizabeth at the sports bar were always so welcoming. Overall, it was a good stay and we would surely want to go back again. Thumbs up to Ocean El Faro team.

Kevin our Butler was incredible. He was not pushy, he booked all of our dinners each day and helped to create beautiful birthday memories for 3 of us travelling this holiday! There were balloons, Champaign, the best steak dinner and so much more! The diaappointements were the kids areas closing half our stay with no notification, room cleanliness and condition, the smell in the rooms, the beach, food was cold half the time and entertainment was not the greatest. The pools were incredibly well maintained and clean, resort itself beautiful and staff lovely.

Here's a polished version of your review: "I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The staff service was excellent, and there were plenty of fun activities to enjoy, including the pool and bar with tasty drinks. However, I deducted a star because the room and bathroom interiors, as well as cleanliness, didn't quite match the five-star standard. The buffet and Steak House Dolce restaurants served great food, but some of the other restaurants could improve their quality. Overall, a solid four-star experience

My butler Alexander went above and beyond i strongly recommend him, the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately my hot tub never worked and the wings we had in the privilege section of the beach made us very sick.
