The grounds were beautiful and the kids’ waterpark was perfect for our toddler — definitely a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the food felt like it may have been leftovers from previous days, and the beds weren’t very comfortable. We had mixed experiences with staff — some were wonderfully friendly and helpful, while others came across as rude. Overall, a lovely setting for families with young children, but a few areas could use improvement.

The property is amazing and huge. Yes you can walk around but the also have trolley and smaller cars to drive you around the resort. The staff and entertainment team are absolutely fabulous. They had so many kids activities and night life. The food was ok . 2nd time at this resort and will be back!

We had all sorts of issues, both rooms too. Phones didn’t work in either room and getting room service was so difficult, tv didn’t work, toilet was broke and Ac was leaking all over the floor. Trying to set up reservations was awful and never could get in where we wanted. They picked the restaurants for us but everyone went to was mostly empty. The staff was the most disappointing part…. Nobody wanted to be there, zero friendliness and seemed annoyed. Very unwelcoming and warming. Also if you expect food at the pool there is no service for that either besides a hotdog stand and a swim up bar. Food in the restaurants we okay, but the buffets were average at best. Just so many little things and never easy to get things fixed! Staff was really the worst part. Wouldn’t ever go back unfortunately

Was on hold for long periods of time and if you lost the key to your room or something you’d have to walk/wait for a mini golf cart all the way back to the lobby (it’s a big resort) in the heat instead of having someone just deliver new keys to your place. It’s a beautiful resort though and you’ll meet a lot of new friends

Pros: The resort is stunning, the room and bed were comfortable. The pool is fantastic. Cons: The beach is not clear blue waters (if that’s what you’re looking for). Also, if you go in the summer, there is tons of seaweed. The minute you step into this hotel they start trying to upsell you everything. They will wake you up pool side to sell you things. When I tried to reserve dinner for the next 3 nights, they only gave me a restaurant option for one night unless I wanted to pay extra. They will tell you only one restaurant has open reservations that night and it’s one that will charge you extra. Entertainment is very limited and not announced when you check in.

La propiedad estructuralmente estaba muy buena, la atencion por parte de algunos empleados buena otros ni el saludo te contestaban, la comida horrible, sin variedad y en ocaciones en mal estado, vasos de carton en todas las instalaciones, la verdad si se vive del turismo deberian ser mas atentos, RD siempre ha sido un destino que nos gusta a todos .
