I know this hotel before, but now it is under construction there is nothing more than a pisine, a restaurant and a small buffet, I am disappointed that no one has warned of this, if I had been warned, its going but does not happen no reception and all . london made a mistake of giving hotel as his next year with the new hotel will be better. thank you

To my surprise they were not fully functional because of a construction . The food they grab it with their own hand they did nt used gloves. The condition of the food in two restaurants poorly didnt like it. It was really sad I plan this for a birthday surprise I feelexpedia was mainly responsible to advertise something that it was not real and then wash their hands saying that it was up to the hotel to gave me refund or change me from a hotel was not right. Really mad at expedia

Basic terrible

Hotel under construction where upon restaurants not open except buffet. No speciality restaurant open as advertised and when spoken to staff they said Expedia were informed. Free WiFi zone good but if you arrive after 3pm the private company who sell WiFi were not there. Hotel stated it’s private company so could not do anything. No tv working in the room and when asked if an engineer could rectify no staff arrived. Terrible pool. Terrible food. Terrible amenities. Located within residential area. Manager David was good who tried to rectify all the problems which should have not been there in the first place. Restaurant staff good. Front desk staff good. It’s a below basic hotel cannot classify orcas a resort. If desperate then only stay at this hotel. As what’s on the website it’s not there.

This place is beyond unacceptable and disgraceful. First of all No WIFI unless you pay a ridiculous amount per cell phone & per line. The bathrooms are very tiny and our shower over flooded into our room. The restaurant or eating area is always crowded with their own employess as they dont have a separate eating place. Food was just okay. NO RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL. Save a few more buckd and go to a decent and modern place

First off there is only one pool. The second pool with the bar by the water is closed. The food is terrible! To eat you have to make a reservation in certain restaurants. There is only two restaurants a available. One is a buffet restaurant and the other is by reservation, that you can only make at 9 am in the morning. I called at 8:55 am , and they said call back in five minutes in a ride manner. The beach is not that far, but they offer a shuttle. They have three goft cart shuttles but only one driver, that drives around resort to give people rides. There is a whole lot of construction too. Maybe in two years time it will be better. The Expedia representative out in the hotel was one of the only greetable person to us when we were ready to leave the shuttle never came to pick us up. I had to carry all my luggages to the reception area, which was about two blocks from my room.

Difference between what's advertised and what they have available. Site under construction/renewal. Too much dust. Only one swimming pool and one restaurant. Not many choices at the buffet. At least the room was excellent in clean and comfort. Also excellent service by Antonio at the buffet and Barbara at the bar.

The place is under constrction dust all over the place . machines making noise all day. Only one restaurant open . the beach is like a quatermile away . there is only one pool. Is like half of the things in the place were missing . the bathroom .when you take a shower you have to put a towell on the door so the water dont go all over the room . I m. Very disapointed . i complaind and they said it was not there problem that expedia had to reimbuse or give me a discount on my next trip

I believe the beds had bed bugs and the sheets were not clean. There was make up all over the comforter when we arrived at the room and I had to tell them to change my sheets. I had bed bug bites all over my ankles.

There was only one restaurant. Our shower leaked all over the floor. There were none of the water sports or activities as promised on the website. Very disappointing. There were very few guests. We had to ask for soap, towels and toilet paper!!

I was mislead by the marketing. The hotel was a motel not a hotel. The first day I got there the ac was broken. The food wasn’t great. I thought there were more restaurants, tennis courts, and the pool hours were longer then 9am till 7pm. I should of learned more Spanish because no one was fluent in English. I could go on with complaints but it is what it is.

It was a lovely hotel! Although i wish i wouldve known about the construction going on because there was not enough activities to do in the resort. The food was very good! They served classic Dominican dishes! The internet sucked. It was slow and not free. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff is very friendly and worked hard to maintain the facilities clean. Overall I was very satisfied!
