Please do not waist your money in here. We booked our family vacation to stay at grand sirenis and it was beyond disappointing. The hotel facilities has not to do with the pictures posted. The smell around the facilities is horrible. It’s dirty everywhere. The food is just ok to survive. The water park is completely unsafe for young and older children. The pool is dirty everywhere. We stayed at ground floor room and for 2 night we got cockroaches in the bathroom. We booked a seven nights stay but we only stay 3 until we find a good hotel to move to. When we opened a claim about all the above with the hotel they denied to refund us the night we haven’t used. This hotel can not be classified as 4/5 stars not even 3 starts. Please book yourself another hotel around punta cana. They do have nice ones.

Overall- this is a good option for budget minded families as long as service and food are not a priority The bad- the food was subpar compared to other all inclusives. The themed restaurants and the reservation system is not good. Make your reservations as soon as you get on property or you will only have 930pm option. Customer service was poor overall. There were a few standouts such as mario the battender. Most employees were apathetic and showed no signs of thy8ng to help. We made a reservation for asian rsstaurant for 915pm . We made th reservation at 7pm. When we got to restaurant the hostess would not ho or our reservation becuase it was not on her list that she printed probably at 5pm despite our email confirmed . The good Grounds are beautiful and well kept. A lot to do on property. Waterpark is great but avoid on weekends as locals and other resorts can access which led to a crowd.

La comida fría, las areas con insectos. Los cubiertos y copas sucias eso era todo el tiempo. Al momento del check in la persona que nos atendió para darnos las llaves nos cambio el cuarto el que ella quizo y no fue nada cortés. Las vacaciones fueron malas el lugar sucio en todos sus aspectos incluyendo piscinas. Los matress eran comodos pero estaban asquerosos. Eran contados las personas amables. En todo el lugar habia un holor desagradable como a tuberia imposible comer con esos olores el lugar esta maltratado. No me vuelvo a hospedar ahi.

I just returned from my stay at this hotel and I am so happy to be home. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned out to be a very stressful one from beginning to end. Our rooms were not well maintained. My husband put two bags on top of their floating mantel and it collapsed. We complained right away and it wasn't fixed until two days later. Talk about a safety issue. The shower door barely was there and water went everywhere when we showered causing us to slip many times. I had a one year old with me which was not fun to deal with. The AC barely worked. For us I believed was the worst part as it was BRUTALLY HOT. We complained however it was never fixed. They stated because we had family room we qualified for a "private breakfast" where we could participate in a "raffle". When we got there it was evident that they were trying to get us in to buy a time a share even when we expressed countless of times we were not interested they continued to push it. We cancelled the breakfast and left. The food was ... edible. Not what I expected for a 5 star resort. Most of the time the drinks were flat so just stick to water. The grounds were pretty and well kept. The pool was large and even had a deep end which was nice for those who enjoy swimming. One swim up bar with one bartender was a little hectic at times but I will say the drinks were decent. It was a hit or miss with the staff. Obviously the better we tipped the better they treated us so be prepare.

Horrible Experience – Expedia, Please Help Us Get a Refund This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and we’re asking Expedia to step in and support us in getting a refund. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM. They gave us keys and told us to wait with our luggage for someone to guide us. No one ever came. After 15 minutes, another staff member pointed in a direction we got lost and had to ask multiple employees for help. When we finally found our room, it was dirty and not what we booked: sofa bed undone, cups full of beer, beds looked used, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We went back to guest services and after showing photos, they finally gave us a new room two hours later. The new room was clean, but the A/C didn’t work, and our luggage didn’t arrive until 9:30 PM. Then our 6 year old daughter used a dirty towel stained with blood to dry her self after showering. Absolutely unacceptable. We tried to speak to a manager but were constantly told none were available. Around 10 PM, one finally appeared but said no one on-site could process cancellations or refunds. He promised to leave a report for the morning team but no report was ever filed. We ended up leaving early, and now Expedia says they’re still waiting for a response from the hotel. Please help us get our money back we trusted this booking through Expedia, and we expect your support.

Our recent stay at this resort was a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. We checked in hungry and excited to enjoy our first meal, only to find food that had clearly been sitting out for hours. It was unappetizing, had very limited options, and much of it was unrecognizable. When we asked the waitress for drinks, she seemed irritated, which only added to the negative first impression. The issues continued once we got to our room. The TV didn’t work, and although someone came to check on it, they couldn’t fix it and said someone else would be sent. Despite following up for the next four days, no one ever came, and the problem was never resolved. One of the biggest disappointments was the beach. It was completely covered in seaweed, making it unusable. To actually enjoy a beach, we had to leave the resort and pay for transportation elsewhere. Ironically, that ended up being the best part of the trip—great food and beautiful scenery outside the resort. The entertainment on-site was mediocre at best. There were a few activities around the pool, lobby, and theater, but nothing memorable. We did our best to make the most of it, but overall it didn’t justify the cost. We were a group of nine, and unfortunately, seven of us became ill with nausea and vomiting before the trip ended. That alone says a lot about the quality and safety standards in place. In short, I would not recommend this resort. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have stayed at Grand sirenis in mexico and we loved it thats why we chose to stay again. However the service and experience was a total opposite from mexico. From hotel staff who sometimes are rude or just the language barrier because they dont speak english. The buffet servers was so disorganized and it was hard to get water or anything from them. They dont come back. We also had terrible experience in restaurants. The food was not good. For instance, at the brazilian restaurant we were served pretty much left overs. They didnt follow the menu, they missed to serve few items. The chicken was bones and the meat was a piece of chuck meat instead of a real picanha. There was one waitress taking care of a lot of tables. I have a lot of things on my list that and i was very disappointed.

Time was spent great. The entertainment was amazing and the staff was friendly. The bathroom need a little bit of upgrading and their food was great as well. A lot of options to choose from.
