For the price paid, the experience was very much less than expected, so much so, I will never book an all inclusive package again, particularly as a Preferred Status at a Hyatt. Other than the staff that worked very hard and keep everything clean and tidy with excellent service, the experience was very poor.

Overall stay was great. However, the rooms are a little outdated. But it was fun, you have the choice to go over breathless resort and everything is also free with your stay

Rooms were clean , staff was great ,would like to see a kiddies water slide area that they could use all day , every day .would like to see wrist bands as key cards (cards are a pain ) Expedia was great

Loved this resort very much. Pools were amazing, never over crowed, very clean. Staff was amazing all around. Lots to do with daily activities.

The room was very clean and it was cleaned everyday. The service was great, the food was good (the only food we did not like was the hibachi and the blue grill steak house). We didn’t feel well after eating at those restaurants. Otherwise, the concierge, Breilin was great, he responded quickly and kept me updated with the daily activities. He also made reservations for me at the hibachi restaurant and surprised my boyfriend with balloons, cake, and champagne for his birthday! Everything was wonderful and I will come back to this resort.
