The water pressure was very low, the AC didn’t work properly, and the room was slightly dirty. On top of that, people on motorcycles were entering the parking lot around 2 a.m., making a lot of noise. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

This place was hands down my favorite spot to stay. And let me tell you I’ve been several times to DR. They food was great the service and hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast from7am to 9am which was perfect for those who wake up on the later side. They also have dinner available. No need to rush out of bed. They will make you something when you come down. This place is right in the center of everything just like city vibes back home. Their is a store to the left and to the right soon as you walk out the front. The pool was clean. Management is on site 24/7. It is safe and secure with security and gated door. Parking available. They also have excursions and day trips for you to choose from. You will alway be with someone they do not leave you alone. You will be accommodated that’s for sure. They help with EVERYTHING !!! You guys have to check it out. ❤️🙏

Most of the staff were very very helpful and caring. The breakfast was not to my liking though. I reported that mould (which is a biohazard) was in the refrigerator and it still was not properly cleaned by the female staff who was told to clean it. I had to get cleaning products at the supermarket and clean it myself. That put a damper on my stay. If it wasn't for that issue, the property would have gotten a higher score.

Room is nothing fancy, but it definitely meets the requirements. Clean room, cold ac, hot water, nice pool, and there is a restaurant on the property that serves good sushi and Chinese. Free breakfast was included and it was delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nice little place for a great price. Definitely recommend.

My stay was WAY better than expected. Staff is super friendly and helpful! My room was clean and had everything I needed... a fridge, tv, AC, fan, hot water and comfy bed. They have breakfast available and it was delicious 😋 the owner, Bladimir intorduced himself and you can see he takes pride in keeping the hotel nice and welcoming to all. I had a great time in the pool! Overall, its a great value and I will definitely come back!! Thank you all for your great treatment!!

This is an excellent property for budget travel. I had a layover in Punta Cana and spent one night. The management is friendly and helpful. The only issue we had were the mosquitos/flies but it is just due to the climate and humidity of the area. The room and public areas were spotless!

The hotel is great, property wise. It’s well maintained. Super clean. The pool next to the small outside restaurant was pretty relaxing. However, I gave it 3 stars bc the outside noise (mostly from the overwhelming amount of street motorcycles) is unbearable. There is no time of the day where the motorbikes can’t be heard. It’s none stop. I didn’t rest not even a second. On top of that, people inside the hotel are constantly talking at loud pass 10p. Again, as a property and customer service, they deserve the highest, but unless they do some noise mitigation, there’s no way you can actually rest at the hotel.

Nice hotel and staff were friendly/ extremely helpful to assist with anything required as well. The main issue is the location and lot of noise in the night from vehicles from the road as well as loud music from neighboring areas !
