On the beach BUT.......

We experienced power outages on two different days, one for a long period of time. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and had no running water until power was restored. We had to have maintenance come to the unit multiple times due to A/C issues. There were ants in one of the bathrooms. Two pans had to be replaced because we couldn't imagine cooking in them.
