The management staff is very dismissive. Food was not good except for a la carte which required reservations. No top shelf alcohol. It was only in display for purchase. The rooms smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. My Expedia member perks were not honored. Worst part of my vacation was staying here.

Great resort! Very friendly staff, especially the entertainment team. Food was pretty good, nothing crazy. Facilities were well maintained and always clean. If you plan to stay on the resort or leave on a one day excursion, highly recommended. There isn't much in the surrounding area however. Would definitely go back.

Definitely a great place and experience. Would recommend to anyone. Be aware the property is an hour and a half away from airport. And they spray bleech on balcony ruined 3 pairs of shorts.

Property - clean, very beautiful The room - I booked an ocean view, we got a pool view. They didn't change it for us. The room smelled like an old musty basement with a standing water problem. It was awful. I asked for a different ocean view room. We didnt get one. I asked them to send someone with air freshner...no one came. We didn't have hot water. It was tepid at best. I complained. Eventually at 11:30pm they sent someone to fix it. He let the water run for 30 minutes, said he is going to check the water heater and never came back. We never got hot water and I gave up complaining. The food - The buffet food was awful! I have no idea whose flavor profile that food was made for but it wasn't ours. The flavor was bad, the texture was bad...just an all around bad food experience. We decided to try room service one night... and that was even worse. Apart from an extremely limited menu for room service, the food was cold and stale, and once again the flavor was horrible. We didn't get to try any of of the ala carte restaurants. They were fully booked up every night we were there. This was our fist time at an all inclusive resort so we had no idea we needed to book the restaurants months in advance. I paid extra for a romantic dinner on the beach. he location was very beautiful but once again the food was very average. The staff are very friendly BUT no one speaks English so if you don't speak Spanish, it is very hard to communicate with them. We wont be returning

From the minute, you walked into the resort, any person you encountered that work there was extremely friendly and accommodating. Tons of entertainment, the grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The food was awesome at the buffet, but a little difficult to get a reservation at restaurants so I suggest doing that before you check in. The rooms were nice but a little outdated. The comforters on the bed were frayed, and the white was no longer white, and it took forever to get warm water but other than that, I highly recommend the resort because everything else out weighed the few little things that weren’t wonderful

I liked the resort, staff, location, and amenities at this property. Everyone was kind and helpful. The resort is beautiful and has a ton of stuff to do without leaving the property. The food and drinks were great too
