On the Orbitz website where I reserved this hotel it says free shattel A day before I sent them a message that I am arriving at 5:00 pm please send me the name of the vehicle to ride No answer I arrived went out started asking people about this hotel Then I called the hotel to keep me waiting 30 minutes then he call back and asked me to take a taxi, which costs me $40. When I left the hotel I asked them to arrange my trip to the airport , they brought a private car and forced me to pay $30 . I am not the only one , at the same hotel I met other 2 families from Texas who were unhappy about that treatment I recommend to remove this hotel from your website, If you keep it then I advise every turist not to go to this hotel , not clean , too old, not a convenient location

The bed was just a box spring. It did t actually have real pillows. They were couch cushions. The shower was broken. The AC didn’t work too well and there were tiny little bugs everywhere

Very convenient place to stay, walkable distance from Restaurants. You better bring cash to pay, because it has problems with cards. However the place is very convenient. Upon request they can clean the room and bring you towels.

Was told by an individual in the lobby that I had to leave the room key whenever I left the property. Without knowing who he was I said "you're funny." He followed me outside yelling rudely and loudly that I will leave the keys, I said no I'm not. He then said that he was the owner and that I will leave the keys. I said that I didnt care who he was and that I'm not leaving the keys. After some back and forth he said that if I lose the keys I would have to pay $30. I found out later that he was a manager. There is no written policy nor was I verbally informed when checking in that the keys had to be left whenever exiting the property. The room keys are kept hanging on the wall behind the front desk. Most times when walking past the front desk there's no employees in the area, the keys are left unprotected. Anyone can walk in from the street take a key or two or more and enter rooms. The room had two safes on the floor in the closet, one bolted down and the other not. There was no access to the one that was bolted, but the other was accessible only by key. The key to the safe is on the ring with the key to the room. With access to the room, there is access to the safe or one could just take the safe with them Other than the manager the staff was friendly and professional.

Stayed 9 night at this lovely hotel. Found the room very spacious and clean overall. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They were flexible with the method of payment at check in, which I appreciated. If ever you need anything dont hesitate to ask. Hotel is perfect location and walking distance to everything (beach, restaurant, minimarket). The terrace on the rooftop adds its special touch, could sit up there, have a nice drink while watching sunset or the stars. Would definitely go back !

The price was fine so you probably what you pay for. Stayed for 5 nights when I checked in there was no towels in the room, I asked for some the day after check in and got them no problem. Also asked for the key for the safe to keep my passport in and was told it was not possible. The window to the balcony never locked properly so was a bit concerned there was no access to a safe. I felt I had to walk round with my backpack because of this and that was a bit of a pain. The property is close to the beach and there was a few places nearby to eat. The staff are friendly enough. It’s fine for a couple of nights stay. If I was gonna come back to punta cana I would push the boat out and go to a resort.

The location is excellent, but unfortunatly the reception is not good We were in Dali room and the sink was very old. They were old dishes with some rust . Also the towels very old and they dont clean the room every day .
