Luxe condo lacking amenities

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The host was communicative and accommodating. The location was centrally located. The patio was a beautiful refuge from the rainy weather. However, the apartment lacked amenities that would have made the experience better. For example, there were no paper towels/kitchen towels. The freezer had a very small ice tray (not ideal for trying to cool off in the heat). There was no conditioner in the shower. The patio furniture was hard plastic and had no pillows. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but given the listing description and pictures, we felt it lacked certain amenities that could have greatly enhanced our experience.
