Magnifique séjour

Une très belle maison, spacieuse, super bien équipée avec un bel extérieur. L'environnement est tres calme. La piscine est géniale (eau limpide et chauffée à 28 degrés). Elle est parfaite pour un sejour en famille ou plusieurs couples. Nous la gardons precieusement pour un prochain sejour dans la region.

This villa is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a few. Very clean and cool everything works as it should beautiful heated pool Cedrick was kind and helpful shopping near the villa and coast 20 mins away we had a lovely time and would stay again.

Villa très confortable et très bien équipé

La villa est bien situé et particulièrement au calme. Les équipements sont excellents ( rien ne manque...). Nous avons bien apprécié l'amenagement de plain-pied l'aménagement des pièces (super cuisine - sejour- chambres ). L'accueil est excellent et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ideal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. Nous reviendrons.

Tres belle maison super bien équipée. Propriétaire très gentil. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure mais à noter que comme indiqué dans l'annonce, il nous a été demandé de ne pas du tout ecouter de musique dehors. Beaucoup de maison autour mais pas du tout de vis à vis.

5 Sterne Plus - Absolut großartig!

Wir waren im April eine Woche in diesem Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur absolut perfekt sauber und instand gehalten, sondern das Ferienhaus war auch perfekt ausgestattet, so dass hier für einen entspannten Urlaub beste Bedingungen geboten werden. Der große Pool mit angenehmen Temperaturen waren hier noch ein zusätzliches Highlight, dem nur das zum Teil regnerische Wetter etwas im Weg stand.Zudem will ich hier die absolut entspannte Haltung der Besitzer zur Anreise mit zwei großen Hunden noch einmal besonders betonen, für die wir keine extra Kosten gezahlt haben, was mittlerweile wirklich besonders ist.Die Lage war für uns perfekt. In direkter Umgebung gibt es ein schönes Naturgebiet für Spaziergänge und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LeClerq und Bäcker). Innerhalb von 18 - 20 Minuten ist man in Frejus oder St. Raphael am Strand. Nizza, Cannes und Aix sind in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen und die Autobahnanbindung ist vom Haus aus optimal. Die Zufahrt zum Haus wurde anscheinend kürzlich ausgebessert, so dass hier kein Kiesweg sondern eine geteerte Zufahrt gegeben ist, die mit zwei extra Zugangstoren gesichert ist. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas eng, aber selbst mit VW Bulli gut zu meistern. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für die freundliche Übergabe und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Haus.

Komfortables und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Toller beheizter Pool. Check in und out waren einfach. Unbedingt Mückenschutz mitnehmen, da viele Tigermücken. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Von der Kommunikation mit Cedrik über den Empfang vor Ort, die Sauberkeit des Objektes, der Raumaufteilung, der Ausstattung bis hin zum Highlight der 4 Kids....dem beheizten Außenpool. Es war perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert. Absolut kein Manko, lediglich ein kleiner Hinweis: Es gibt viele Mücken....

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir waren Mitte September 2024 eine Woche in diesem Haus und waren begeistert. Die Betten gut, die Zimmer mit großzügigem Stauraum und modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Beide Bäder und auch das extra WC neuwertig und ebenso wie der Rest des Hauses makellos sauber. Überall Fliesenboden. Wir haben nur zweimal gekocht, aber es ist alles da, um eine große Gruppe zu bekochen - Auflaufformen, große Schüsseln, Töpfe, Pfannen, ausreichend GEschirr und Gläser. Sogar eine Bircherreibe... Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern wurde hier nichts übriges oder ausgemustertes wiederverwendet: alles ist geschmackvoll und wurde neu eingerichtet. Vollautomatische Rolläden und Markisen, ausreichend Steckdosen, Kaffeefilter-, Kaffeekapsel- und Kaffeevollautomat... Den Pool konnten wir trotz manchmal kühlem Wind sehr gut nutzen, er war sehr angenehm temperiert. Handtücher gibt es wirklich ausreichend. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben wir genutzt, da wir noch weiter gefahren sind: alles prima. Das Haus ist wirklich genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, der Vermieter ein reizender junger Mann, der fließend Englisch spricht. Der Garten ist ein Naturgarten, aber komplett privat und sichtgeschützt. Wir waren nur mit einem Auto da, aber sicher kann man 3 Wagen gut stellen. Lediglich die private Zufahrt ist erst mal eine Herausforderung: Wie ein Feldweg mit Monsterschlaglöchern und Auswaschungen - aber langsam gefahren und kein tiefergelegtes Auto - dann ist alles gut. Soll wohl asphaltiert werden.

Magnifique villa conforme aux photos,très propre , cuisine tt équipée il ne manque rien ,le plus est la piscine chauffée tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances,de plus Cédric est un hôte agréable, a l'écoute et comprehensif car il ma accepté mes 2 loulous(husky et golden) ce qui est rare dans les recherches de locations le terrain est entiérement clôturé c'est parfait.en résumer ns avons passer de super vacances en famille,ns reviendrons sans hésitation.

Magnifique maison de vacances

Maison moderne, très confortable, très propre et très bien équipée. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables. Quartier résidentiel au calme, proche de toutes les commoditiés et bien situé pour des visites ou vers les plages. super Familienurlaub

Wir haben die Villa einen Tag vor Anreise gebucht, trotzdem gab es keine Probleme mit der Anreise. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was ideal ist wenn man mit Kindern und Hund reist. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit wirklich allem. Der Pool ist das Highlight und wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Zum Strand fährt man ca 30 Minuten, da immer etwas Stau ist. in jedem Fall zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen.

Een geweldige vakantiewoning!

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. De accomodatie was tip top in orde. Alles was aanwezig! De foto's tonen een eerlijk beeld van de woning. De eigenaar was een zeer betrokken en vriendelijk persoon. Als er iets was, was hij steeds bereid om ons te helpen. Het huisje is zeer goed gelegen om de ruimere omgeving van de Côte d'Azur te ontdekken. We willen zeker nog een keertje teruggaan. Super Aufenthalt alles war wie beschrieben.

Wir waren zu 4 in den schönen Haus. 2 Kinder 9+11 Alles im Haus ist wie beschriebe. Die Küchebist top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser und sehr gepflegt. Außerdem ist er beheizt was die ersten Tage sehr von Vorteil für uns war. Man braucht ca 15-20 Minuten zu den Stränden. Die Lage an sich war gut für uns um viele Ausflüge zu machen. Schlucht von Verdon (inkl. Lavendelfelder in der Nähe), St. Tropez, Cannes, Nizza, Eze, Monaco alles in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Zeit.

Superbe séjour

Il est difficile de trouver les mots justes pour décrire la qualité exceptionnelle de ce gîte. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur qui témoigne du véritable souci du propriétaire pour le confort de ses invités. L'organisation impeccable et l'agencement soigné de l'espace ont rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Chaque question ou demande de notre part a été traitée avec une réactivité impressionnante, et les solutions proposées étaient toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes. Enfin, l'équipement de la piscine était tout simplement parfait, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de moments de détente et de convivialité. Tolle Osterferien

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in einem toll ausgestatteten Haus verlebt. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Man bekommt ausreichend Schlüssel, damit man auch getrennt voneinander losziehen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas „abseits“ vom Zentrum, man ist definitiv auf einen PKW angewiesen. Die Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich holprig. Hier könnten die Anwohner vielleicht mit etwas Kies / Splitt tätig werden. Der beheizte Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt, die Zimmer waren sauber. Man konnte einige schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Alles in allem können wir das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Ruhig und großzügig

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ein großzügiges Haus mit allem was man braucht. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da er in der Zeit unseres Urlaubs nicht geheizt wurde. Das wäre schön gewesen es vorher zu wissen, da es für uns ein Entscheidungsgrund war. Der Vermieter reagiert super schnell auf alle Anfragen und macht alles möglich, was er kann. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit hundefreundlichem komplett eingezäuntem Garten.

Traumurlaub Anfang Oktober Berge und Meer

Bei traumhaften Sommerwetter Anfang Oktober konnten wir das komfortable Haus mit dem tollen Pool in vollen Zügen genießen. Überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung der Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, bequeme Schlafzimmer, saubere Bäder und eine richtig schöne Terrasse in einem nicht einsehbarem Garten. Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zum Meer und Wanderungen in den Bergen. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Zeer comfortabele vakantievilla

Dit vakantiehuis voldeed meer dan onze verwachtingen, ruime kamers met comfortabele badkamers (2) en airco overal. Verwarmd en mooi zwembad. Goed onthaald door de eigenaar. Niet zover van de kust Frejus en St-Raphael.
