At no time was it ever disclosed that the resort is under construction and another resort being built RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Exactly 3 ft from where dinner is being served. Banging and drilling from 7:30am-6pm. Breathing in silica dust for 11hrs a day. Only 1 overcrowded and filthy pool for the ENTIRE resort. Not to mention the state police on location with their AK 47 or whatever semi-automatic weapon they were brandishing.
The housekeeping attendant on the 15th floor just walks in your room as you’ve just got out of the shower and she insists on cleaning your room.
Never again.

Hotel is under construction ad it is not mentioned at time of booking, also the beach area needs to be cleaned once in a while and the check out time is specified at 11:30 on Expedia but it is actually at 11:00.
The property is under construction which is not advertised. Prices are high for what you have to experience. The Main pool is closed. Beach bars are poorly staffed and equipped. Rooms are okay. But overall experience was poor. Go to another resort.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Black water coming out of one side of the pool Sewage I couldn't believe it, I asked for help and they already reported it but they didn't do anything . There are no chairs and tables on the bar to sit and enjoy and watch TV I went to the reception and told them and they did nothing The pool full of people and the beach dirty. We went to another hotel and paid to use the pool and enjoy. And restaurants close, they shouldn't close
Hotel is dated. One of the swimming pools was being remodeled. The second swimming pool was in full swing with nice music and water aerobics. Property’s prime location makes this place very sought after, and rooms are very clean and well kept. Above all, the staff makes guests very welcomed. Waiting staff is the best! Specially Arturo and “Maple” (nickname)
Beaches are very beautiful, food is great. Drinks are water-down and beer is flat…
Overall this property had the potential to be something great. But the issue that I had and I thought wasn’t right was they were under construction and that was not made clear when anywhere when booking this hotel. So the three restaurants wasn’t true. The pools were dirty a lot of times. And there was no AC expect in your rooms so the idea of hanging at the bar wasn’t even a thought because you would stand there in your own sweat while drinking. It had a really bad smell in many areas. I thought the staff was the highlight until someone stole my fiancé shirt that we had just bought that morning. We left our room and the shirt was gone which was very strange to us. Overall just wasn’t even a good experience at the hotel mexico itself was amazing the location was great we were near everything. I think this hotel would be great after the remodels they should have just communicated that sometime through the booking process if it’s by email or having it listed on the app. But overall this hotel was be 2/5 stars at this current moment I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back. And that takes a lot for me to stay because I am very easy to please hotel wise and this one definitely disappointed me.
This is by far the not all inclusive you think your getting so do yourself a favor dont waste your time ..
Satyed 7 days the food was repetitive all 3 meals at the only 2 locations to eat after the 2nd day i removed the all inclusive bracelet and continued meals on the streets for a way better quality for pennies on a dollar.
The cleanliness is waht i would give them the only best service. Two tvs in a so called lobby niether one worked the bar is a total of 2 foot wide no seating and a line to get 1 margarita so your better off drinking out on the strrets as well,...would never consider this place again or to any one....
Beach ⛱️ rocky and red flag at all times no entry so you need to boat into another island to swim
Stayed at this resort after being at the Krystal Grand for 5 days. Krystal Vallarta is so inferior to the Grand. They only had the open air buffet near the pool, for food options. Even though when we checked in we were told there would be other options, we only were able to eat at that one spot. Every time we went to the buffet we were not greeted, even though it was not busy and staff saw us sit down. Id have to wave someone over just to take a drink order. The buffet would open late for its meal service. There wasnt even butter out to put on the buns. No salt and Pepper either.
As far as I could tell there was no service at the beach. You had to go get your own drinks. Also, the drinks were not made with real juice. Couldn't even get real orange juice in a mimosa or Lime in a margarita. The listing/website doesnt accurately depict the resort. I much preferred the Krystal Grand. Staff there were very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and wanted. I wont come back to here. It was way over priced for what we got.
