Villa contemporánea en exuberante, tropical, paraíso privado

Esta villa contemporánea con amplias ventanas y puertas de vidrio está construida alrededor de una piscina y un exuberante jardín tropical. Una gran sala con techo elevado incluye sala de estar, comedor, cocina y entrada donde la familia y los amigos pueden reunirse cómodamente. Una espaciosa terraza cubierta ofrece áreas adicionales para comer y descansar. Esta propiedad es completamente privada y muy romántica.

Cada habitación tiene su propia terraza privada. Hay una suite principal con cama king size y baño de mármol en el primer piso. Un segundo dormitorio en el primer piso tiene dos camas individuales (que se pueden convertir en una cama king size) y baño privado junto con un tercer dormitorio adicional con una cama queen en el piso principal. Tranquila

50th birthday celebration with my friends. Gorgeous home, great pool to relax in. Love the open concept of the first floor for our group. 4 blocks to the beach and multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance.We came in late May, warm and humid and the pool was a welcomed refreshing experience. Three full bathrooms. Everything was in working order and the house manager was delightful, greeted us, gave us local recommendations and was available for any questions. Highly recommend!The open doors and window concept to cool the living and dining rooms and kitchen, Dec - March probably works beautifully. In May, the living and dining rooms and kitchen were uncomfortable to be in without air conditioning which is only offered in the bedrooms as the living room is open to the outside through a screened door at the top of the stars and possibly through high up screen only windows.

Bliss in Bucerias

We loved this house, from the layout and the lovely decor to the spacious rooms and beautiful pool area! It was the perfect spot for our family of four and my in-laws to relax and explore Bucerias. The house is quiet and private but still within walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. The house manager, Adam, was super helpful, too. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Amazing holiday in Bucerias

Our group spent 2 amazing weeks at this villa. Adam was so helpful from assisting us with airport transfers to dinner reservations. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and we all really enjoyed the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants.

Exceptional stay in beautiful Bucerias

My family, which consists of my husband, three adult daughters, two son-in-laws and our 10 month old grandson stayed at this truly wonderful property for just under two weeks. The house was perfect for us and the layout is ideal. The pool and yard are beautifully cared for, super private and gorgeous. It is an easy walk to a great swimming beach, loads of restaurants, grocery and other shopping…truly everything we needed/wanted was within easy walking distance. Adam, the house manager, was super helpful in getting us set up with a snorkeling tour and transportation - moving a group of our size was made so easy with his assistance. The house was super clean and very hardworking cleaning staff came in and did supplemental cleans twice during our stay. We absolutely loved our time at this house and definitely plan to return.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this tropical villa. The villa was spacious and clean. We had maid service 3 times during our 10 day stay. Adam was a great property manager and addressed our issues. While we enjoyed the property, I'm giving this stay a 4 rating. That is because the air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was broken when we arrived and was not fixed the whole time we stayed. While the house manager worked hard to get it fixed, we essentially could not use that bedroom because of the temperature. Therefore, our 4 bedroom house turned into a 3 bedroom house. And while the pool was a nice addition, unfortunately it was too cold for swimming or dipping. The pool stays in the shade the whole day and never warms up enough to use.

Great house for big family.

Overall very comfy. A little hard to find in the dark. Lovely big spaces inside for gathering although outside gathering space a bit tight when extended family of 20 arrived for a visit. Pool a little on the cool side but the kids loved it. Well equipped kitchen, close to grocery store. Beach access just 4 blocks down. Awesome cleaning person and house very nice. manager very helpful. Very nice place to stay.

November getaway

This home is lovely and exactly as depicted in the photos. My family had a great time but found the pool water a bit cold. The stairway is a bit daunting for those of us who are not comfortable with heights. The beach is close by, but the cobblestone street was very difficult for my sister to walk on. The sidewalks were not "user-friendly" either. I would only recommend this home to a younger family.

Amazing Place

Awesome place Adam was there to answer or help us with any questions we had immediately. Emma was the sweetest ever cleaning lady. The place was amazing when she left. The gardener and pool guy, sorry i wasnt able to meet them did a great job as well. We had a group of 10 adults and there was definitely enough room for all of us. Walking distance to everything. We rented a golf cart which was definitely an asset when running to the grocery store which was only a couple of blocks away. We wont mention any particular restaurants as you cant get a bad meal anywhere. Highly recommend this property. All had a wonderful time. Thank you all.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful 1-week vacation in Bucerias. The house is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is even a grocery store in walking distance. The house was very clean, Adam the house manager arranged for Emma to clean twice during our stay. She was lovely and very thorough. The kitchen is really well equipped. The pool was fantastic, we swam every day. Adam was incredibly helpful, he arranged transport for us from the airport and had restaurant and transportation recommendations for us during our stay. We had a great stay and would gladly recommend this home!

Lovely time in Bucerias

We had a great time with our two young kids at Justin’s house in Bucerias. August is really hot there and things are sort of slower and quiet, which we actually liked! We loved being able to cool off all day in the pool, and the beach is close and convenient. Adam and Emily, the house managers, were incredibly helpful and responsive. The staff take wonderful care of the house and it is fully stocked with anything you need. We’d definitely recommend!

Amazing house in Bucerias!

My family and I had an amazing vacation, and this house was perfect! The house and pool are a peaceful oasis in a beautiful town. Very clean and comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and market. We can't wait to come back again soon!
