It was our 2nd stay in 3 months. It was just as wonderful the 2nd time. We absolutely love staying here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It’s only a 10 min walk to the grocery store, a 1 km walk on the beach to all the fun little restaurants and beach bars on Cabarete Beach and about the same in the other direction to Kite Beach.

I come to Cabarete several times a year and when the private residence I usually stay at is unavailable, Ultravioleta is always my backup. I’ve stayed here five times and the accommodations are incredibly spacious, well maintained and it’s close to downtown cabarete. While it may be nice for them to heat the pool in the winter, I love this place and plan to be here many more times in the future.

The room was perfect. We got the one bedroom king. Ocean view. Staff so friendly. I didn't use the pool because the water had to be warmer for me. They helped with taxi and information. We enjoyed that it was a big stretch of beach to walk and get to know what was at cabarete Beach.

The room was always clean and quiet. Great location.Great front desk staff and security is excellent. However, I would love to have more cleaning supplies to wash dishes. And place to wash my clothes. And if the bar can stay open past 5pm. With better food selection.

The condo, the staff, cleanliness, beach area all excellent. There could be more kitchen supplies such as more pots and pans, cookie/pizza sheets, smaller bowls, etc. We also found the small propane stove top challenging for cooking as controlling the heat was difficult. More comfortable chairs such as relaxing lounge chairs on the patio would be beneficial. Overall a nice condo and with the above improvements it would be a 10 out of 10.
