This one bedroom unit oozes minimalist style. There is a modern kitchen with excellent appliances and all needed plates, pots and pans and more. Tucked away is a stacked washer and dryer. The comfortable living room seating area has sliding doors that open onto the patio, with its beach views. The patio has both a seating area, as well as a dining table.

The bedroom has a King sized bed, patio access, and a walk-though closet to the bathroom. There is a marbled double vanity sink and a glass shower stall here.
