Spring break fun and relaxation

All was as expected. Room was on then East end which is closest to the ocean/beach. I will look for the end unit again next visit. The property was not busy when we were there but all guests were friendly. All amenities were as expected. Room was as expected.- all reviews are positive.

Ok

Zero communication with host. Didn’t respond to any messages. Vrbo couldn’t even get in contact with host. There was a live cockroach found in room and also broken cabinet in the kitchen that I don’t want to be responsible for. Vrbo states they would wait till hosts responded to do something. Overall place was nice but because these two things it’s unacceptable

Spacious beachfront

Corner unit with lots of space. Easy walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The beach is really nice, not too rocky if you move to the right spot. We also walked to a few restaurants. Just like others have mentioned, there were not enough towels, plan to bring your own. Bring your own toiletries, including hand soap. I also recommend bringing paper towels, napkins, and paper plates. Bring water shoes.

Good unit and resort

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Unit was well equipped and comfortable however it was not very clean. The floors were filthy and it was apparent they didn't move anything when cleaning. The resort was great and well maintained. Staff was friendly and it felt safe.

Easy just like a vacation should be.

This resort may be a little outdated, but this property is great for those not needed to get out to far. Restaurants and bars within walking distance so you can avoid traffic if needed. Definitely will stay there again.

Nice place but maintance issues with the place.

It was great place just we had a few issues with the shower water backing up.We also had the dishwasher leaking ..We also had the shower head spray very little water ..so it was a small hassel and made us wait for service and we used all our towels for the water spill for the dish washer and shower water over flowing and was out towels to shower they never brought us new towels

Nice stay

The condo itself was very nice but some of the furniture was damaged and worn. The couch had tears in the leather and not comfortable to sit on. The patio really needed more furniture or a lounger to enjoy the beautiful view. Some of our family members rented both units above us and the furniture on the patio was very nice to have.

The unit location was great with great views

The location was great with great balcony with views. The unit was spacious, however the couch was severely worn out, you could sit on it with getting the peeling pleather all over your clothing. The kitchen was not properly clean prior to our arrival, and other reviewers said, the lack of towels and washcloths was troublesome., also no paper towels were provided, so be sure and bring your own. Overall its a great place to stay with beautiful views and close proximity to the beach and with a proper cleaning, a new couch and more towels and washcloths the place would be perfect.

Perfect getaway location

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, perfect location. We liked the updated bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen had everything we needed for the times we made food at the condo. The only downside to our stay was the loud ac unit that would wake me up when it kicked on, and a sewer smell that would be strong in the condo if the laundry room door was closed due to negative air pressure for the ac unit. We dealt with the smell by leaving the laundry room door open, which wouldn’t be convenient if we were washing clothes, as there are 2 bedrooms right across from the laundry room. Everything else here was wonderful and we would stay here again!

Not what we expected

Washer leaked water. Air conditioner was making loud rattling noise, which got louder as the week went on. We ended up leaving early because the noise got louder and no one came to check even after we reported the noise.

Large Condo - Excellent Location!

This unit is very large and beautiful. The location on the east end and 3rd floor is awesome! Check in at the management office is easy. We messaged the host several hours in advance, but didn’t receive a response. We called the property to get check in information. While it worked for the entire stay, our HVAC unit made an occasional loud noise. Loud enough to be heard from the parking lot! Again, we respectfully messaged the host, but did not receive a reply. We reported it to the front desk and they sent maintenance techs to the unit 3 different times but were unable to fix the issue. Fortunately, the noise never happened at night and I’m sure they will get it repaired. All in all it is a very large unit in a great location and would stay there again!

Beautiful condo and looks like photos. Only feedback I have was more towels, for 6 adults we had only 6 bath towels and one hand towel in each restroom. No washcloths. We stayed for 7 days. I had to wash almost everyday.

Spring Break with Teens

Property was just as advertised. Photos are very accurate.....AMAZING views from patio. My wife and I and our 4 teenagers had a tremendous time in Rocky Point and at this property. Great location. We liked the fact that the property was a 'corner' unit and was close proximity to beach access. The property had plenty of space for the six of us. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We cooked our own meals and the kitchen had basic needed supplies to do so. Large refrigerator was a plus. One of the only negatives we could think of was that there was not enough towels for the six of us. Initial check-in was quick and easy. Work staff was friendly. Great family trip. We plan on coming back this summer. Fred Chandler, AZ

No Communication

The place was nice (nice decor, great deck) but did not have some of the things in the unit that were listed. We asked at the front desk for a coffee maker that was supposed to be in room. They said they would deliver one. We asked 3 days in a row and NEVER got one. Saw housekeeping hanging out in hall several times on their phones but somehow never could deliver coffee maker. Very disappointed. From May 11- now I have sent 4 messages on VRBO to owner/manager and still have not received any responses! Almost a month and a half now.

Amazing Weekend Get Away!

This place is by far the best place i have stayed at in Rocky Point.. The view from the Patio is second to none.. Located on the corner of the building which provides more room.. The decor and look of the place is beautiful... Great selection of upgrades through out... Fully stocked with everything you need ... Easy access to Beach & Pool ... lots of bars and restaurants close by ... My family and I loved it and cant wait to visit it again! Thank you!
