Summary:
Las Palmas Resort is located on Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point), Mexico. The resort includes our condo for vacation rental. The private resort is a gated-community with full-time security, 3 pools, Jacuzzi's, 2 waterslides, clubhouse, restaurant, belly-up bar and a spectacular oceanfront view of the Sea of Cortez.. Our condo is located in Building Baja on the third floor. Our unit has a view of the ocean and comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

I like the overall beauty and cleanliness of the place, I would have given the property a 5 star, except for one of the bathroom shower didn’t work. I did sent a text and email to the property management but he had many convenience things to use, like the beach chairs, towels, the property and surrounding is beautiful. I would go back if the shower is fix. Our guest had to use our shower, which the property comes with another shower.

Some much needed beach R&R…..

We had a wonderful long weekend over July 4th. Everything was seamless with Tom and his property. He let us know as soon as the property was ready and we found it exactly as it was described. The patio was so nice, the location was great and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Had an easy accommodating check in, with no hassle. Parking was close to our unit and walking distance from restaurants & convenient stores. Really enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo which was clean & comfortable. We will absolutely be back again in the near future.

Everything was great the only thing that got me a little but totally understandable with being the 4th of July on a Thursday, but my 10:30am checkout time doesn't give you enough time to not rush in the Am to leave but overall great place.

We had a great time at Toms place! There were a few hiccups with getting checked in, but Tom was responsive and the resort staff was helpful. The condo was clean and included beach chairs and a wagon. The beds were comfy and the patio was nice as well.

Great stay

We were very happy with the room and everything involved with this rentor, but the propety staff were rude to us and people in our party several times. There were 10 families renting condos and villas and they had several instances being unfriendly considering the amount of people we had spending money here.
