The beds and pillows were extremely firm and uncomfortable. The water pressure and water temperature were practically non existent. The AC did work amazingly and was very cold.

The property is away from services so either you are forced to eat at the 1 restaurant onsite or drive somewhere. The property is outdated however it was easy to learn and get around. The staff is super nice and accommodating and I always felt safe there as well as my vehicle. I didn’t have any concerns there however there are some weird rules, you can get towels but you can’t take it to the private beach?? It’s also frustrating that the hotel will take credit cards however nowhere else on the resort does and the atm onsite is out of order for the last 3 months. My biggest complaint is the nightly price, if you are paying $300 a night you would expect wash clothes and a little more generous with some of the amenities in the room. You get 1 cup of coffee for example and we had 3 people.

Estuve en playa bonita resort a principios d agosto por vacaciones. Era la primera vez en México y tengo que decir que fue una experiencia que del 1 al 10, sobrepasó el 10. El hotel hermoso, literalmente te caes en la playa, su recepcionista Antonio super educado, servicial, agradable, nos ayudó en todo, incluso con la actividad de paracaídas en bote que hicimos. Las personas que limpian y todo el equipo bien amables y serviciales. Su restaurante a pie de playa super recomendado, nos atendieron increíble Adrián y Jacinto. La zona de la piscina super ambientada siempre con buena música. La habitación bonita y limpia. Si alguna vez vuelvo a ir a Puerto Peñasco me alojaré sin lugar a dudas ahí otra vez

This place was great for my family of 4! 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a short walk to the beach. The beach in front of the hotel was peaceful and not as crowded but vendors still serviced the area. We ate at the restaurant on site three times and it was delicious! All of the staff was great and we felt extremely safe. Highly recommend for families.

Great property. We had a room with a king size bed. Great water pressure lol. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Balcony room on first floor next to the pool and pool bar also. We just had to step onto the patio of our room and flag Down the bartenders and the drinks just kept coming! We will be back real soon!

The property is beautiful and is right on the beach. The bed was average and very limited TV. If your vacation is to go on the beach and by the pool it is a perfect spot. They start playing really loud music around 1 pm at the pool area, but it isn't so bad on the beach.
