All staff was not only Courteous, they were kind, respectful, friendly, always had a nice smile. They made you feel welcome, comfortable and very relaxed. Exceeded my expectations. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the ocean view is great. The restaurant next door is excellent. The doorman invited us to park our motorcycles under the portico immediately in front of the entrance, so parking security was great. The value at only $127 per night for a luxury resort was amazing compared to anywhere in the US.

Stay was nice bc the hotel was empty. My mom was staying nearby and they refused to let her on the property or allow us to purchase a day pass for her to watch the kids swim. I did not appreciate that. The location near the beach was very nice and their heated pool was great since it was Dec. They are super strict about using their towels by the pool or near the beach, so bring your own! There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The hallways echoed like crazy, so it was a little difficult to sleep. In busy months, I’m sure it would be way too loud. The front desk helped us reserve horseback riding which was also nice. Overall, a pleasant stay

The first 2 days of our stay the elevator was not working we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor. We were warned about the elevator but I think the property should always have a working elevator
