From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect! Ginger went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in and late checkout, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The home was pure joy — beautifully kept, comfortable, and full of charm. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the theater room was truly amazing — perfect for relaxing and movie nights. Amazing property and owner

The penthouse was beautiful, fully stocked, well cleaned, great location. The owner Ginger and her husband were super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We had a to get a tire replaced and they even helped us get that taken care of! 10/10 recommend!

Summer Vacation

Our family had a great time at this place. Host was very attentive and answered as soon as we called, checking in on us just to make sure we did not need any assistance. I would say the movie room was our favorite place in the house. We watched at least one movie every night with the kids. We could believe the movie collection, it was large with a wide range of movies. Thank you for letting us say! Cheers

What a view! A must stay!

This penthouse was amazing. The views were perfect, the place was clean and had everything you need for the beach. A/C worked great which was important after a long day and the host was very quick to respond.

We have gone to Rocky Point for the last 8 years on Memorial Day - this Penthouse is by far the best! They have everything you need for an amazing vacation! Very spacious and extremely well thought out decorating! Ginger was amazing! Communication with her was by far the best I have experienced on VRBO!

Me and my family have rented several condo's in Rocky Point but I must say that this one by far was the best. The beach themed decorating of the home was fabulous. This condo was stocked with anything and everything you could imagine. The service and kindness that Ginger showed us was way beyond any experience we have ever received from an owner!! Spacious, well cared for property with an ocean view from every room!

Very private (only two penthouses on floor 8) and quiet. This two floor pent house was perfect for me traveling with my 16 y/o son and his three friends. They took the upstairs with comfortable and LARGE home theater room, hot tub on deck, popcorn machine and hundreds of movies! The kitchen is STOCKED with everything you need to cook including spices, pans, utensils and even condiments and other staples like syrup! The host was amazing! Couldn't have been happier with this property - would recommend to you anytime (except during the future dates I will want it again!P

Rocky point!

This property has everything you will need to enjoy a home away from home! My family & I have stayed in many condos within rocky point but none like this, everything is within hands reach to help make your stay and time at the beach better! The pools are great for kids! The resort is well kept and clean! The condo had plenty of space and amazing veiws! Well kept & clean!
